朋友说到时你可没那么多时间浸热水了， 所以建议我买个来用比较方便。

我没买这些叻。
穿sport bra 也可以吧。.....
因为好像孕妇内衣可以穿以下而已...

不知道为什么，不过幸好宝宝没事，医生说只要宝宝正常成长就ok了。
不管吃什么，一个星期里有几天我是整个肚子涨得硬硬地，就深呼吸也不能缩腹那种，有时候甚至会打呃，更严重下腹会抽筋，半夜会痛醒那种。我觉得罪魁祸首是我的便秘，要是不能好好上厕所，我的涨风问题就会更严重。

我也是这么想的 照那个员工的建议 那我maternity bra只能穿一个月 而且要买的话至少要2-3件换洗  但现在买nursing bra又不知道尺寸

What is the difference between a nursing bra and a maternity bra?
The terms “nursing bra” and “maternity bra” are usually used inter-changeably. 妇产科医生告诉我如果不太会排气（打呃）的话 可以喝ENO 少吃多餐对涨风也会有帮助

我没有买maternity bra，但是我买了 Sorella 无铁的bra，很好穿，那时折扣3件rm110！

不是的。草药包是拿来煲水冲凉或抹身。。喝的药材，陪月婆说买十天就好了，其他天她会配给我。
