谢谢~看了。。其他的我不确定，但国油双峰塔的工程MASA只是sub-con而已。但不用紧啦，做好SSC就好了。只要他们盖好了整个structure，那就可以去看自己的unit了对吗？顺便可以监督他们的装修品质了。。是吗？上次我朋友也是每天去监督的。。只是不清楚我们是否可以在还没有完工之前进去监督而已。。 |

Renovation cost is much depends on individual...just like buying a car...normally ppl. standard will go target 50k like getting a Myvi...
If you wan something better then u pay more to get a better spec or higher quality...if you cannot afford then get a saga range...
But any how is all depends on how much you want to spend and you afford to spend...and some standard accessory will be included but like car also if u wan more stuff then top up more money as extra option lo....some ppl buy myvi then add skirting, high quality speaker, sport light ....all those is extra cost lo....
When you get the key from developer u will get a 2 week inspection time for you to comment on what ever defect in your unit and they will have to fix it with no cost charge to you.
As usual all construction will have defect but not to worry so much as this is the 1st project on high end condo this developer build so I believe they won want to spoil their name. Ofcoz they will try their best to please us so that the get better reputation in future project.
Anyway i got a unit in cedar as well together with my friends we having few unit so we can do the inspection together when we get the key... |

Haha Wang...seems like u dislike malay alot...it's not all malay as bad as u think...those more educated person is really nice to hang along with...I have also seen alot of chinese giving same problem and they can very rude and very fierce some more....at least malay they won threaten you or shout at you to mind your own business... |

有回应了！Daniele亲自恢复。很失望的，他自己无法回答我为什么没有发工钱给工人，需要将我的email forward给Developer’s Project Manager，有待他来澄清。虽说有消息第一时间会通知我，可是我觉他是在敷衍了事，怎么可能他对project的进展一无所知？如果有心的话，因该第一时间call此Developer’s Project Manager后再回答我。
各位邻居，你们还有什么对策？我觉得大家因该亲自发一封投诉信给他，施下压力。 |

哈哈，你的解说很有趣。凡是都要量力而为就是了。
可能你不了解我所说“货不对板”的意思。拿了钥匙才inspect其实是对我们买家来说是不公平的。以前我曾经中招过一次，两个礼拜inspection后，所作出的修改都是在敷衍了事，可说改了等于没改。可是由于我已经拿了钥匙，我的free 1 year maintenance就开始计算了。结果，发展商拖了我整年都没有修，我也不能搬进去，没办法之下，我只有掏腰包来做无辜的装修，during free maintenance period，我完全没有享受到我的屋子！我的意思货不对板，就是如果万一SS的手工真的差到爆，我们至少可以要求发展商改了才交钥匙。因为他们一天不改，free 1 year maintenance就不能开始计算，而且我们得到的late delivery compensation就越高（不晓得有没有条法律保护他们啦)，发展商要赔更多！所以我们邻居要合力坚持要求先看屋子后拿钥匙。
p/s: SS有36个月的维修期，所有在这段时间所发现的defects都是free of charge的，并不是只有头两个礼拜的inspection period才free of charge。 |

听说cedar的售出率达55~60%了。。。其中算埋booking的。。。大家可以到showroom苗一苗。。。还有，block D 工场看来有开工，小弟亲自看见从马路还没转进showroom的angle，建筑的确比以前高了。

还有，小弟见解有一，基于相信这贴会有好多读者游览，一些还未证实的或有待证实的谣言或事实，大家都要小心处理，别太过够力开火，一早前几楼我看大家都说好“平常心”论（还有法律保章），非到必要时，大家要保持乐观审慎。（就算要用舆论压力来T 发展商或REI，开始可能可以个别T （像YK兄酱）,然后不听，再来团结一起T，也要像起义那样，私底下作，再不听，大伙肚懒起来再跟他们来大龙凤也不迟[size=11.1111px] [size=11.1111px]。。。） |

还有，大家有看到jalan kuching 从KL往selayang，过了caltex有一个
jejantas有很大很长的springcondo广告哦。还是我平时少跑那边，没注意到。。。?? |
