我也是用着Carnivor也
你用什么口味的我只买到chocolate而已
朋友说其他口味不是人喝的
最大分别在于mass卡路里较高
觉得用食物来补卡路里比较经济

对!如果你照着instrution喝...一天喝 2 scoop !大概15-18天就喝完了!
如果你会分配serving...可以喝上一个月

其实,我在想。。
mass gainer通常是外国出产的(还是中国代生产?)
但是,这些mass gainer的食用分量是不是给外国的冷天气的呢?
冷天气消耗比较多热量。。。我们在热带国家。
可能这就是为什么我们很多人喝了这个分量有热气、暗疮
所以,觉得应该减少一点分量

不如你买whey protein, 两小匙就约50g蛋白质了,在自己加些香蕉、奶粉、milo、ovatine、holicks、麦片、葡萄糖,自己凑足那个calories
那样会节省很多咯。
