剛剛tmnet打電話給我,說他們接到我對消費者協會的投訴,說會馬上解決我目前問題,叫我有甚麼事情直接連絡他,給了我私人號碼和名字 |

ANNOUNCEMENT
We wish to inform our customers that the Internet service is currently experiencing an increased latency/degradation in performance specifically for its international links to United States of America (USA).
As a result, our Internet customers may experience some delay when accessing content and websites hosted outside of Malaysia, especially in US. We are conducting an upgrading exercise of our international bandwidth links, where an additional 10Gbps of capacity through Hong Kong is being implemented.
As the moment, 90% of the upgrading process is completed and we expect the upgrading process to be fully completed by 2nd July 2007.
We are pleased to inform you that this exercise is part of TM’s upgrading plan for its international links in 2007, which will help reduce traffic congestion and improve customers’ Internet experience. There are also plans for further upgrade of our international bandwidth capacity in September 2007.
Telekom Malaysia apologizes for any inconvenience caused, whilst at the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our services to serve you better.

仍然是lag,超過6點就開始400-600了,過了1點就1400了! 一個人的能力果然有限,你們也一起幫幫忙打去投訴拉 |

Thankyou for your feedback. We wish to assure you that TM takes feedbackfrom all our customers very seriously, especially when it relates tothe quality of our services.
We wish to inform our Streamyxcustomers that some of you may be experiencing slow browsing whenaccessing some content and websites hosted outside of Malaysia.
Pleasebe informed that this issue is related to several Internet ServiceProviders (ISP) that are hosting these sites, which are dependant onthe traffic conditions on its network. Therefore, the throughput isstill subject to the inter-ISP connectivity, for both domestic andinternational links; and is not solely dependant on the performance ofthe host or the host of the intended destination itself. Please notethat TM does not have control over international hosts' performance orover the volume of incoming traffic that is going through.
Asan ISP, TM's role is in providing Internet connectivity and access; butis unable to guarantee the delivery of the contents and performance ofeach host. In fact as part of our network performance policy, ourinternational IP network is designed to cater for all customers'requirements to ensure they have optimal experience using the Internet.
Whileall our policies are in place to ensure better service assurancedomestically, it is very unlikely that any ISP would be able toguarantee an end-to-end performance to international sites. However, wewould like to point out that TM is continuously monitoring thesituation and putting efforts to enhance our infrastructure
