真是这样的话，MKLAND就不好投资了。:@

M K LAND HOLDINGS BERHAD(“MK LAND” or "the Company")
1. RM150,000,000 nominal value of 3,5 and 7 year 4.5% secured serial bonds
issued on 30th August 2001 and maturing on 29th August 2008 (“Tranche 1 Bonds”)
2. RM150,000,000 nominal value of 3,5 and 7 year 4.5% secured serial bonds
issued on 13th September 2002 and maturing on 14 September 2009 (“Tranche 2
Bonds”)
Proposed Indulgence to be sought from holders of The Seven Year Series of
Tranche 1 Bonds and Tranche 2 Bonds for deferring the obligation to Place
monies into the Sinking Fund Account (“SFA”)
The Company has requested the Trustee to convene a meeting of the above 7 year
series bondholders of both Tranche 1 Bonds and Tranche 2 Bonds before 29th May
2008 to obtain bondholders indulgence in respect of:-
(1) Tranche 1 Bonds, to defer the placements of RM30 Million (being the second
and final installment) to the SFA due on 29th May 2008 to 25th August 2008. The
Maturity and Payment Date of the 7 year series Tranche 1 Bonds is 29th August
2008.
(2) Tranche 2 Bonds, to defer the payment of RM30 Million (being the first
installment) to the SFA due on 13th June 2008 to 13th June 2009. The Maturity
and Payment Date of the 7 year series Tranche 2 Bonds is 14th September 2009.
(3) The Company is also seeking to amend the circular resolution provision
which currently requires all bondholders to execute the same to 75 % of the
holders.
The Company has over the years placed RM210 Million into the sinking fund and
redeemed the 3 years and the 5 years series of Tranche 1 and Tranche 2 Bonds
and for payment of the first installment of the 7 years series of Tranche 1
Bonds. |
