I saw "the star" online's newspaper,
they wrote :-
He was head over heels in love with a 16-year-old girl.
And
Police rescued the girl in Kuala Lumpur last Sunday and the man, who
apparently got wind that the police were on the case, returned here and was arrested the same day.
What a meaning as follow:-
1) head over heels in love = a love from head till heels ???
2) apparently got wind = ???
