英国Ulster大学博士课程及奖学金开始报名申请

有兴趣报读博士课程的朋友可以利用北爱的Ulster大学提供的免学费和奖学金报名申请。

外国学生可以申请：

１）Vice-Chancellor's Research Scholarships （VCRS）

A number of University funded VCRS will be available in certain subject areas. Applicants for these awards must have or expect to obtain in Summer 2007 the minimum of an upper second class honours degree in a specific research area (as advertised). They will cover tuition fees and a maintenance award of not less than £12,600 per annum for three years (subject to satisfactory academic performance). Applications are invited from UK, European Union and overseas students. Only candidates who are new applicants to PhD will be eligible. VCRS awards are not available for applicants for any other research degree nor for any candidate who has previously registered for PhD nor anyone who has already obtained a PhD.

此奖学金为期三年，全数为生活费，若成功申请到VCRS者，学费全免。

２）ORSAS Scheme

Overseas Research Students Awards Scheme (ORSAS) awards are offered by two higher education institutions (HEIs) in Northern Ireland. Each HEI is responsible for making award annually in line with the objectives of the scheme as set out by the funding bodies. ORSAS helps outstanding research students from outside the United Kingdom and European Community to study in the UK by providing for some of the costs of their training and supervision.

我们 (UMS) 也多是用SPSS,只是, 我想尝试 SEM.可是,不是很肯定SEM的methodology.

有点烦， 想问问大家要是有外国大学offered你读4年phd， 完全不需要缴费， 还有大概几千块的月薪，大学本身在欧洲还算有点名气。 可是我在想，读完后我就31＋＋了，要是你们是我，你们去不去？ 小弟现在不知道要不要去， 因为一去就得四年， 都不知道能不能熬下去。。。

要是你们有这机会， 你们会这么想？放弃这里的一切，投奔那里？

james ， 想不到在这里看到你。
我会考虑很多。。=。=
毕竟4年很长1下

有打算移民的话 就去吧。。
念完phd 就容易了

可是我本身就目前没有想要念phd
我不是跟你说过了吗 我想去瑞典念soc
可是我要挣扎着要在英国念1个其他management的master课程，还是申请soc的

毕竟念了soc的话就表示我很专在1个area了
以后出路比较limited的感觉。。。

我最终的目标应该就是1个很top大学的mba

我今年22岁，所以要快点做决定了

31岁还是很年轻啊~~
（其实你拿了这个博士之后想做什么呢？）
如果是我的话我一定会去的。这是个很好的机会啊~~

我是想读GENERAL 的MBA,UTAR 的才20K,所以我才考虑,但是我要读PART TIME 的,UTAR 好像没有,对吗??
