（吉隆坡2日讯）通源工业（TGUAN，7034，主板工业产品股）今日在柏威年广场1楼，推出首家Marché Mövenpick加盟店，预计可在未来几年贡献业绩

总部在瑞士的Marché是一家国际企业，主要开发创新烹饪解决方案，把身具欧洲风味的美食，以现代的方式呈现。

该品牌通过现场烹饪，并使用新鲜及优质食材，为顾客带来最新鲜、优质及最美味的食物。

Marché 的经典料理是沙拉及瑞士脆薯饼。此外，该餐馆也提供一系列的其他欧式料理及美味肉食，包括烧烤、刚捕获的海鲜、三文治、可丽饼以及制烘焙食品如比利时松饼。

通源工业执行董事洪世明说：“旗下的餐饮业务一直为公司带来稳定贡献。我们预计，此业务将在未来几年，提振公司业绩。”

他指出，该公司可能会考虑再开Marché Mövenpick的其他概念分店。【e南洋】

通源工业次季净利跌5%

（吉隆坡24日讯）通源工业（TGUAN，7034，主板工业产品股）截至6月杪次季，净利按年下跌5.25%，至1376万6000令吉或每股10.97仙。

通源工业向交易所报备，上财年同期净利为1452万9000令吉，或每股13.81仙。

公司次季净利按年下跌，是因为上财年同期，脱售机械获得202万令吉的单次收益。

同期营业额则按年上涨11.84%，从上财年同期的1亿8352万1000令吉，增加至2亿525万7000令吉。

次季营业额增加，归功于塑料产品销售量增加，而这主要来自出口销售。

累计首半年，净利按年微跌2.70%至2684万9000令吉；同期营业额则按年涨11.36%至4亿444万5000令吉。

董事经理拿督洪本铨透过文告指：“至今销售录得双位数增长，将继续带来正面盈利。”

“我们正准备营运第二个纳米拉伸膜生产线，以及第8个保鲜膜生产线，而这将提高我们的产能。”

“最近，我们也推出Marché Mövenpick加盟店，预计将为公司带来正面贡献。”【e南洋】

3年后翻倍
通源工业料创15亿营业额

（双溪大年27日讯）主板挂牌公司通源工业有限公司（工业产品股，TGUAN 7034）的营业额，预测将会在3年后翻倍而创下15亿令吉的高峰。

通源今年度的营业额，估计是8亿令吉。

通源董事经理拿督洪本铨在该集团庆祝创业75周年的献词中这么指出。

洪本铨说，未来3年，该集团将大幅度提高PE拉伸膜，及PVC保鲜膜的产能，使到目前每年12万公吨的产量，到了2020年，将激增到20万公吨。

世界拉伸膜产量排第10

他补充，集团在这3年内的资本开销也预计将会高达1亿令吉，以实现集团的2020年目标。

他说，该集团将扩充厂房及采用精锐的纳米技术机械来增加生产线，以生产33层的纳米技术拉伸膜 (PE Nano Stretch Film)。目前，通源为世界拉伸膜产量排行第10的厂家。

在PVC保鲜膜产量方面，该公司目前为我国最大的厂家。根据该公司的计划，2020年将成为亚太区产量最大的厂家，年产量 2万5000公吨。

他也指出:“在这资讯工艺的高科技时代，全球商业领域的变化十分迅猛，各相关领域的工商界业者都必须致力求变，才能迎头赶上。”

谈到通源创业75周年的重要里程碑时，洪本铨说，在该集团上下的齐心合力，以及商业伙伴们一路来的支持之下，通源经历过许多经济循环，并在经济大潮中乘风破浪而成长。为了更美好的将来，该集团会继续努力奋进。

另一方面，洪本铨说，普通消费品的餐饮产品方面，终究是通源拥有经验丰富的老本行。为了加强乃至展望餐饮产品领域的营业额未来得以倍增，该集团已经通过子公司通源贸易有限公司收购一家有机面厂家，并于去年在双溪大年增设的生产线；使有机面(Organic Noodles)产量激增来供应国内和国外市场。

至于配合庆祝创业75周年而同步开幕的Newton模拟移动栈板测试研发中心，洪本铨说，采用高科技的相关研发成果，对通源的主要产品会有显著的裨益。

今庆创业75周年

主板挂牌公司通源工业有限公司（工业产品股，tguan 7034），定于9月28日热烈庆祝创业75周年纪念，同时举行该集团旗下的亚太区域第一间“模拟移动栈板安全测试研发中心”，即：Newton Research & Development Centre Sdn Bhd开幕。

这家研发中心位于吉打州双溪大年。Newton研发中心是专门研发物流、运输、包装、装货、卸货等的巩固性与安全性的最先进技术，同时也进行相关领域各种的研究，以及提供培训课程。这将带领通源迈向另外一个高峰。

以“888”为标志的通源，是由已故洪通源于1942年在吉打州中部的小镇双溪拉兰，以50令吉开始茶叶买卖生意，后来于1948年开始生产咖啡粉，直到1994年转型；进军塑胶工业而平步青云，营业额和盈利状况良好，预料今年度的营业额，有望突破8亿令吉。

通源的茶叶和咖啡粉的生意，后来由创办人的第二代拿督洪敦清（已故）与洪敦炳（已故）加以发扬光大，第三代掌舵人包括拿督洪本铨、拿督洪本钦、拿督洪本松等。目前，好些洪家第四代的人才，也已陆续加入通源的干部。

多元化业务

除了茶叶和咖啡传统生意之外，通源其实早在上世纪60年代就已经开始多元化业务，起初是生产吸水管、塑料绳、通用塑料袋、餐巾纸，及仿制纸巾等。

通源于1994年在双溪大年购置占地10多万平方尺的塑料制造厂，引进先进的机械深化塑胶工业领域。

PE拉伸膜主打外国市场

1997年，通源开始以电脑自动化机器生产主要是供工业产品包装用途的PE拉伸膜，并主打外国市场，为国创汇。通源是世界上制造拉伸膜的前10名佼佼者。并于1997年及2002年，先后在第二交易板及主办挂牌上市。

虽然塑料工业逐步占据通源整个集团的绝大部分营业额（目前超过九成），但是，对于祖辈创业的老本行，即茶叶与咖啡业方面，后代依然重视。

在2000年，通源把原有的第一家工厂，打造成现代化茶叶工厂，并把有关部门统一化，系统化及专业化，以机械化生产，同时也在全国各地另设3间分行，把产品销售到全国各地，以及东南亚，而其公司于2010年开始包装及销售即溶饮品系列，也在2013年生产及销售有机事务的各种产品。

有望成亚洲最大保鲜膜出产商

通源于2012年投入PVC保鲜膜的生产，成为国内第一家出产这类产品的厂家。有关产品在全球多国畅销。

该集团的拉伸膜生产线已增加至8条生产线，预计到2020年时，将会有14条生产线，届时有望成为亚洲最大的保鲜膜出产商。

碳酸钙色母年产2千公吨

另一方面，通源于2009年设立了碳酸钙色母（Master batch）的生产线，其产品量每年2000公吨，供应给本地及国外市场。

通源的塑料厂占地65亩，年产量超过12万公吨，年业额超过7亿令吉，成为本区域首3名的塑胶产品制造商。塑胶产品主要是供出口，外销日本、新加坡、欧洲、澳洲、东南亚、美国及中东等。【e南洋】

• Tguan将在2018年面对员工成本上涨的冲击如外劳人头税，新通过的Employment Insurance System （EIS）。
• 公司表示会通过自动化机器使用，创新科技，人力资本投资从而提升生产效率，以应对高涨的经商成本。
• 较高的油价会导致原材料增高，销售价格将上涨。相对的较低的原油价格会导致塑料制品的销售价格下降。Resin价格直接影响Gross profit margin。
• 令吉兑美元继续走弱将有利于Tguan，美元高不只可以推动Revenue上涨，也利于减低成本如工钱，电费和材料费用。赚的是美金，成本却以马币计算！但如果马币强势的话，势必对公司造成不小的影响。
  
  

结语 (Conclusion)

• 通 源 放眼在2020年，将其生产能力，收入和净利润翻一番。            
• 笔者估计FY17的全年Revenue会在RM 815 million，而Net Profit则会在RM 60 million左右。若是在2020年开一番的话，那么Revenue可达到RM 1,600 million，而净利则会是在RM 120 million。当然这只是笔者的预测，毕竟接下来的3年里汇率涨跌，原材料价钱，经营成本等等，都会影响公司的盈利。            
• 若是盈利真的能够在3年里开一番，那么股价是否也有机会开1一番呢？投资Tguan需要耐心，再加上不断跟进公司的业务扩张，来查看业务扩展是否如管理层所计划的一致。

避开价格竞争红海．通源盈利目标价不变

（吉隆坡11日讯）通源工业（TGUAN，7034，主板工业产品组）将为客户提供更高附加价值服务，增加纳米技术拉伸膜生产线，以避开价格竞争红海。

联昌研究出席了该公司第三季度业绩汇报会表示，管理层在今年将拨出2000万至2500万令吉作为独家配方制成的纳米技术拉伸膜。

联昌补充，该公司现有生产线产能已达上限，订单都必须延长2至3个月才能交货。在今年9月，该公司也增设了一条生产线，主要是为了满足欧洲客户需求。

市场需求强劲，该公司预测将在2018财年增设第三条生产线。对比非纳米技术拉伸膜，纳米拉伸膜包装赚幅，可高达12至15%，一般拉伸膜仅有5至6%赚幅。

目前该公司的共有8条聚氯乙烯（PVC）食物包装线，年产7500工段。在明年，该公司可能会在增加另外9条生产线。

联昌维持该公司每股盈利和目标价不变，给予“加码”评级，目标价为5令吉90仙。
