轉型數碼平台業務‧客凱易需時止虧

（吉隆坡20日訊）放眼2018年轉型為數碼平台公司的客凱易（CUSCAPI,0051,主板科技組），仍難斷定能否轉虧為盈。

客凱易首席執行員余曹祥在股東大會後表示，該公司目前主力發展數碼平台，無法預期何時能夠轉虧為盈。

虧損持續擴大

年報顯示，客凱易從2013年開始虧損，淨虧損從388萬9千令吉擴大至2015財政年的2千450萬零4千令吉。

余曹祥指出，數碼平台業務不斷走高，且貢獻營業額比例激增，因此，未來將大力推廣數碼平台業務。

“2014年數碼平台的營業額貢獻僅有5%，2015年激增至65%。”

他補充，餘下35%則由配送客戶中心服務（CODS）貢獻。

“數碼平台是新科技市場，以優步（UBER）為例，雖然該公司提供運送乘客服務，但價值最高的資產是客戶的資料，只要將客戶資料整理為數據，就成為價值最高資產，而客凱易就是朝這個方向發展。”

客凱易核心業務為餐飲業者提供業務解決方案，客戶包括舊街場（OLDTOWN,5201,主板貿服組）、大馬麥當勞、星巴克等等。

余曹祥補充，該公司也有不少客戶來自中國，包括永和大王等，這些客戶的連鎖店從數十家至上千家不等。

客凯易供应点餐平板电脑收入1.5亿

（吉隆坡2日讯）客凯易（CUSCAPI，0051，创业板）为中国连锁餐厅供应自助点餐平板电脑，预计获得2.5亿人民币（约1.51亿令吉）的服务费。

客凯易昨日发文告，子公司客凯易Interactive Technology（中国）有限公司与上海领先餐饮管理有限公司签署合约，为其配置及管理“REV自助点餐平板电脑”。

上海领先餐饮是香港上市公司味千（中国）控股的独资子公司。味千主要在中国及香港经营日式拉面及菜式连锁餐厅，现时在中国有634家餐厅。

该合约为期6年，在合约期限内，客凯易将为味千现有与即将开张的餐厅提供“REV自助点餐平板电脑”。

客凯易预计会为现有的餐厅配置2万5000架REV自助点餐平板电脑。

该公司在未来6年内将会入账2.5亿人民币服务费，这还不包括通过“REV自助点餐平板电脑”推广服务的收入。

客凯易耗时3年，专为餐饮连锁店研发“REV自助点餐平板电脑”新产品及服务。该产品可让客户自行点餐，促进产品促销及向上销售和自动化付款过程。【e南洋】

该集团认为，接下来生意竞争依然强烈，但是公司对自家REV及Transight技术突破很有信心。

客凯易味千合约明年进账

（吉隆坡11日讯）客凯易（CUSCAPI，0051，主板科技股）近期从中国连锁餐厅获得的REV自助点餐平板电脑供应合约，将从明年第三季开始带来全面贡献，预计一年会有4000万人民币（约2415万令吉）营业额入账。

客凯易总执行长余曹祥接受《南洋商报》专访时表示，在投入1500万至2000万令吉研发REV自助点餐平板电脑后，正面效应将逐步发酵。

客凯易在上周初宣布，子公司客凯易Interactive Technology（中国）有限公司与上海领先餐钦管理有限公司签署为期6年的合约，为味千现有与即将开张的餐厅提供“REV自助点餐平板电脑”。

在该项合约下，预计获得2.5亿人民币（约1.51亿令吉）的服务费。

“由于味千在中国市场有很大的影响力，所以该项合约将对客凯易带来重大效益，并有望取得更多合约。”

他表示，客凯易目前正与数名业者进行洽谈。

其中，中国的必胜客（Pizza Hut）已完成为期3个月的试点，接下来会进行一些修改工作，然后再测试。

除了在中国，以及之前已进军的新加坡市场之外，客凯易也放眼扩展REV自助点餐平板电脑至东南亚国家。

他表示，有信心今年内在大马进行试点，而菲律宾也是公司瞄准的目标。

设计云端式POS

客凯易在过去数年也积极投入资本发展另外两项业务，分别是云端式（Cloud based）销售终端系统（POS），以及线上配送系统。

余曹祥表示，配合整个趋势的变化，公司也设计云端式POS，这可用于平板电脑，比购买POS机便宜。

“在新的云端式POS，有助客户把购买硬件的成本降低高达三分之二。”

他解释，购买一架POS硬件的价格，或许可买到3架平板电脑。

此外，随着70%至80%的消费者偏向线上配送平台，所以公司亦开发相关系统，融入配送客户中心服务中。

接下来，公司会在现有市场投入新开发的产品和服务，包括中国和东南亚。

估值还可更高

受推于三项业务，余曹祥看好公司未来展望，且认为值得更高的价值。

股价未反映潜能

自公司从2013财年开始陷入亏损后，股价也逐步往下滑，从2013年11月8日的49仙，下跌至周五闭市的13仙。

对于目前的股价表现，余曹祥认为无法真正反映出公司未来发展潜能。

“我认为，公司的价值绝对不只是处于目前的水平。”

截至6月杪首半年，公司净亏730万3000令吉或每股1.68仙，高于上财年同季的324万4000令吉或0.74仙。

营业额则按年下跌17.56%，达1901万3000令吉。【e南洋】

Working experience and occupation	Mr Lim started his career in 1996 with an audit firm and in 1999 joined a public listed company. He was promoted as Group Finance General Manager in July 2003 and was responsible for handling the group financial costing, internal control including overseeing the company's business growth.In September 2005, he was re-designated as Group Finance Director and assisted in the planning of bond and equity raising for the Group. He has over 15 years of experience in various areas of finance including corporate finance, internal controls and risk management.
