泛婆羅洲大道(Pan Borneo Highway)即將頒發工程合約,大眾投資研究相信TRC(TRC,5054,主要板建築)會是其中一家受惠公司,因TRC在砂拉越有16年的紀錄。
該公司管理層也在早前透露,已入圍泛婆羅洲大道工程,每項工程配套價值約14億令吉至15億令吉之間。而且這項總值100億令吉的配套工程,料在月底頒發。
因此,我們相信近期TRC的股價調整,提供入場機會,因此上修該股至“短線買進”評級,合理價為49仙。
此外,TRC在年初至今已取得5億令吉合約,今年有潛能獲得10億令吉工程合約。成功獲得泛婆羅洲大道的工程,將可看見該公司在短期內重估。
目前已頒發三項工程合約,得標公司包括福勝利(HSL,6238,主要板建築)-Dhaya Maju基建(亞洲)私人有限公司財團,以及億強工程(ZECON,7028,主要板建築)-金輪企業(KIMLUN,5171,主要板建築)聯營公司。
我們相信這些公司將不會獲得其它配套工程,但會以分包商身分參與。

TRC联营公司获泛婆罗大道13亿合约

(吉隆坡3日讯)TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)宣布,独资子公司--TRC私人有限公司,与2家私人有限公司组成的联营企业,获北婆罗洲高速公路(Lebuhraya Borneo Utara)颁发分包合约,涉及泛婆罗洲(Pan Borneo)大道首阶段发展和升级工程。
该公司发文告指出,TRC將连同其他联营伙伴,即Endaya建设私人有限公司及Pembinaan Kuantiti私人有限公司,將组成联营企业承接上述合约。
而TRC將持有联营企业的30%股权。

TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)联营公司获颁泛婆罗洲大道合约,总值13亿1080万令吉。
该联营由旗下独资子公司Trans资源机构,连同Endaya建筑和Pembinaan Kuantiti组成。
Trans资源机构在联营公司持股30%,相等于3亿9300万令吉的合约价值。
根据合约,联营公司将负责泛婆罗洲大道首期工程,从Btg Skrang至Sg Awik Bridge路段的建筑和提升工程。
行家建议:
在纳入这项合约后,TRC协作未完成订单估计走高至13亿令吉。
至今累积的新合约总值为7.73亿令吉,超出预期的5亿令吉,因此,上调今年新合约预测至10亿令吉。
同时,也上修未来三年的净利预测,分别为2016财年上修4.2%、2017财年增9.8%,以及2018财年扬10.1%。
根据10倍本益比,目标价从原本的49仙,上调至54仙,并维持“短线买入”评级。

(吉隆坡29日讯)TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)指出,旗下独资子公司的捷运第二路线(MRT2)工程遭到解约。
TRC协作向马交所报备,指独资子公司Trans Resources Corporation私人有限公司(TRC)于5月20日,接获马矿业-金务大KVMRT(PDP SSP)私人有限公司发出的解约通知书。
文告中并未详细解释解约理由,不过,披露马矿业-金务大KVMRT是根据合约条件的第62条款“国家利益”为解约的理由。
随后,TRC也开始与马矿业-金务大KVMRT协商解约的后果和可获的最终赔偿金,目前协商仍在进行中。
不过,TRC协作预计,解约不会对2016财年的盈利、净资产和负债有重大的影响。
上述合约总值7439万8000令吉,主要是为捷运第二路线(MRT2),进行苏丹阿都沙末大厦的翻新与保存作业,当中包括把手工艺品博物馆、手工艺品管理办公室和相关建筑物,搬迁到其他地点。
第三季赚1514万
另一方面,由于当季赚幅提高,TRC协作宣布,截至9月30日第三季,净利按年扬77.96%,达1514万6000令吉或每股净利3.15仙。
同时,营业额却按年跌20.02%,报1亿6510万2000令吉。
累计9个月,净利按年微跌3.57%,录得2069万6000令吉;营业额则几乎持平,报5亿4753万3000令吉。
TRC协作在今财年获颁4项总值约18亿814万5099令吉的合约,预计这些项目会对集团表现有正面的贡献。

Further to the announcement made on 28 November 2016 on the above matter, the Company wishes to further clarify on the following:-
Late announcement made on the said termination was due to a misunderstanding by the Company’s management on the termination as the reason thereon was not due to default in contract by TRC but rather due to a prerogative right of the Owner as stipulated in the contract. Furthermore, under the contract, TRC will also be entitled to compensations due to the termination.
The management of the Company was also of the opinion that the contract value of the project amounting to RM74 million is not too significant against the Company’s Group total contract book order of RM2.6 billion. Therefore, the termination would not have a material impact on the earnings per share and net asset value of the Company. The Company’s Board of Directors however in its meeting yesterday agreed to announce on the termination after due deliberation and consideration thereon.
The Termination was made pursuant to Clause 62 of the condition of contract by the Owner. Clause 62 talks about the termination of contract on national interest whereby the Government of Malaysia (“the Government”) may terminate the contract by giving not less than thirty days written notice to the contractor without any obligation to give any reason thereof if the Government considers that such termination is necessary for national interest, national policy or national security.
For the purpose of the above provision, what constitutes national interest, national policy and national security shall be solely made and determined by the Government and such determination shall be final and conclusive and shall not be open to any challenged whatsoever. Further to the Termination Letter, TRC had initiated a series of negotiations and discussions with the Owner’s PDP to ascertain the quantum of damages and cost incurred and other consequences to the termination. Due diligence exercise had also been undertaken by the Owner’s PDP in relation thereto pursuant to the Contract documents. |

TRC协作撤销
Advanced空交系统合约

(吉隆坡16日讯)TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑股)与Advanced空交系统(大马)公司,同意撤销总值8800万令吉的项目合约。
TRC协作向马交所报备,由于项目中的新吉隆坡空交控制中心(New KL ATCC)建筑物设计方案和要求,出现实质性的变化,因此,双方决定撤销上述项目。
该公司提到,双方在撤销合约后,任何一方不得就该项目直接或间接提出任何申索。
TRC协作补充,这项撤销决定,不会对公司在截至本月31日财年的盈利、净资产以及负债率造成任何影响。

TRC(TRC协作,5054,主板建筑股),成立于1996年12月11日,并于2002年8月6日上市大马交易所主板。
TRC的核心业务为承包各类型工程基建项目,例如轻快铁、大道、机场维修等。
说起这家公司,不得不提它的一些前程往事。。。。。。
当年在众多中小型建筑股当中,TRC可以说是众投行眼中的“明日之星”,也是各投行纷纷建议买几的一只股。
相比之下,同样也是中小型建筑股的MITRA,虽然其营业额和盈利比TRC有过之而无不及,但却显得有点不太受宠。
可惜好景不长,就在TRC声望如日中天的时候,它的LRT2工程接二连三发生意外事故,还一度造成人命伤亡,导致其工程一度被暂停和拖延,也导致工程成本增加。
事件发生后,投行们纷纷下修其盈利预测,而TRC的业绩当然也因此受到影响,时好时坏,甚至还一度出现亏损。
几年过去了,TRC的光辉逐渐退去,而MITRA却一直扶摇直上,今时今日已经成为了一家盈利破亿的建筑公司。
在经过这几年的“修身养性”后,TRC也逐渐走出了困境。
目前该公司积极争取新的建筑合约定单,并在2016年3月获得了两项目建筑合约,分别是8800万令吉的KLATCC(吉隆坡空交控制中心)建筑物和2亿3000万令吉的文莱国际机场的路面修复工程(联营计划,占50%股权),使其手中的合约总值达到13亿令吉。
2016年8月,TRC与其它公司联营的财团获得了13亿1080万令吉的泛婆大道工程。
然而,在2016年11月时,该公司一项总值7439万8000令吉的MRT2合约却遭到终止。
正当分析员觉得该公司恐怕未来很难会再获得MRT2或LRT3的合约时,今年3月13日TRC却又宣布获得了8亿5818万令吉MRT2工程。
来看看其过去几年的业绩:
自迈入2015年后,TRC盈利已经大幅度改善,相较过去几年已经大幅度走高,并写下3068万令吉,是自2010年以来最好的业绩。
2015年和2016年基本持平,虽然2016年营业额和净利稍微下滑,但是差距并不大。
再来看看季度业绩:
从这份季度业绩来看,其营业额和净利已经逐步改善。而且从最近两个季度的净利来看,有上升的趋势。
假如从现在开始,TRC每季的净利都达到900万令吉以上,那么2018年财政年将会非常有看头。
在获得这项MRT2合约之后,目前TRC手中的合约定单已经增至27亿令吉左右,足够该公司未来忙碌几年。
其实获得MRT工程可算是TRC的另一个转折点,这消除人们对该公司不再获类似工程的疑虑,相信接下来该公司会陆续获得其他工程合约。
TRC与发展轻快贴的Prasarana(国家基建公司),以及负责捷运工程的MMC-Gamuda(马矿业-金务大)联营公司,拥有良好的合作关系,相信要继续获得LRT 3和MRT 2的工程合约不是问题。
个人觉得其合理价应该处于RM0.80,而这也是该公司的每股净资产价格。

TRC獲墨爾本酒店營運合約
2017年5月11日
(吉隆坡11日訊)TRC(TRC,5054,主要板建築)與Starwood澳洲酒店有限公司簽署協議,為墨爾本Element Melbourne Richmond酒店提供營運和相關服務。
該公司向馬證交所報備,旗下TRC(澳洲)有限公司與Starwood澳洲酒店簽署營運服務協議。
同時,雙方也簽署系統執照協議、中央服務協議及設計評估協議。
至于該酒店料在今年12月底動工,于2020年投入運作,在8層樓將涵蓋168間房間、會議空間、33個停車空間、飲食設施、健身中心及其他相關設備。【中国报财经】

冀产业贡献增.TRC积极竞标捷运轻快铁配套
(吉隆坡31日讯)TRC协作(TRC,5054,主板建筑组)今年积极竞标捷运(MRT)与轻快铁(LRT)配套,同时也盼望产业增加贡献。
该公司董事经理丹斯里苏菲里说,两业务的分别80对比20贡献,预料将提振至90对比10,建筑贡献将提高至90%。
他接受《马新社》专访时披露,2016年建筑业成功撷取10亿1000万令吉工程。
TRC协作涉轻快铁艺术坊站至吉隆坡马来亚铁道局站之附属工程,发展与提升砂州泛婆罗洲大道工程,和扩展双溪毛糯捷运中转站。
苏菲里说,基于在上述工程累积经验,今年也将竞逐同样性质之建筑工程。
他表示:“累积经验和有良好执行纪录,未来将竞标类似工程。”
TRC协作也被圈定为捷运、轻快铁和泛婆大道竞标者。
投资1亿进军澳产业
他说,TRC协作也将与国家基建(Prasarana)合作兴建交通导向(TOD)城市,从而增加产业之营收。这类计划包括住宅、办公楼与零售,徒步半哩可抵达。
他披露,位于ARA白沙罗的上述计划,总发展值10亿令吉。确实地点坐落轻快铁ARA白沙罗二站,料于2018年次季推展。
TRC协作也将投资1亿令吉进军澳洲产业市场,两项计划分别是沃兰(Wallan)的Springridge计划和墨尔本East Edge发展计划,包括一间酒店与高档办公楼。
他说:“澳洲约贡献集团的5%业务。”
TRC协作也与Putra Perdana建筑有限公司合作,以在布城承建一马公务员房屋计划。这项2亿9200万令吉工程,由TRC协作于2015年获标。
苏菲里说:“雪州的ARA白沙罗计划,有可负担房屋的元素。”
TRC协作首季净利飙872.3%至1207万6000令吉,主要是受完成建筑计划更高赚益驱动,同期营业额由1亿9321万减至1亿3294万令吉。

TRC协作子公司3216万售澳地皮

(吉隆坡21日讯)TRC协作(TRC Synergy Bhd)独资子公司TRC(澳洲)私人有限公司(TRCA)以966万澳元(约3216万令吉),脱售一幅位于澳洲墨尔本、面积3621平方米的永久地契地段。
TRC协作今日向大马交易所报备,该脱售计划预计将收到约440万令吉,或相等于每股1仙的脱售净收益。
TRCA在7月14日与Forza 588 Swan Street私人有限公司签订售地协议。这幅称为S88的地皮是S9地段的一部分,面积6830平方米,TRCA是在2011年12月9日以1150万澳元(约3689万令吉)入手。
S88地段现有3座单层和双层建筑。
TRC协作表示,脱售所得将用作TRCA即将展开的发展活动、摊还银行贷款、充作营运资本,以及支付与TRCA的土地相关费用。
另外,这项脱售计划也让TRCA可运用地库的潜在价值,也为该集团带来收入,以及为即将动工的发展活动提供资金支持。
