A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF TMC

The announcement of 13 August 2009 on the acquisition of following three (3) units of three and a
half storey (3&#189 shop offices constructed on the piece of land held under
MasterTitle H.S. (D) 125260, PT 17724, Pekan Puchong Jaya, Daerah Petaling, NegeriSelangor
for a total cash consideration of RM8,934,000.00 by TMC PropertiesSdn. Bhd.
[formerly known as TMC Fertility (Penang) Sdn. Bhd.] (“TMC Properties”),
a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company refers:

The Company wish to announce that TMC Properties has decided to revoke the acquisition of 2 units
out of the 3 units announce dearlier.

On 28 October 2009, TMC Properties has entered into 2 Deeds of Revocation with the vendor,
Pilihan Megah Sdn. Bhd. to revoke the acquisition of 2 units of the three and a half storey - 3½ shop offices
constructed on the piece of land held under Master Title Geran
225710, Lot 1858 [formerly known as “H.S.(D) 125260, PT 17724”],
Pekan Puchong Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor, that are Lot No. TV27 and TV28.

The payment of 10% down payment for each unit totaling RM595,600.00,
which TMC Properties had paid, will be refunded in full.

The revocation of the acquisition of the 2 units is a result of a change in business plan arising
from unforeseen circumstances.

The gearing ratio would be lower after the revocation as lesser bank borrowings would be required.

The revocation of the acquisition would have immaterial effect on the Earnings Per Share but it  
would have no effect on the number of shares and the net assets would remain unchanged.

The Board of Directors of TMC, having taken into consideration all aspects of the revocation and
is of the opinion that the revocation would be in the best interest of TMC Group.

The document in relation to the revocation will be made available for inspection at the Registered Office
of the Company at 312, 3rd Floor, Block C, Kelana Square, 17 Jalan SS7/26, 47301 Petaling Jaya,
Selangor Darul Ehsan during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays)
for a period of one (1) month from the date of this announcement.
