Wow, so many orders cancellation. I regret paying via credit card. I have not received my orders after 9 days! After a call and another email to follow up, i got a call from a rude lady who thinks i'm giving her trouble by asking where my orders are. Huff! In fact, they have messed up my orders with their suppliers. They still want another few days to 'check and verify and pack' my orders. Huh? What are they gonna do with a few packs of baby diapers?? And they still can't give me a definite date of delivery.
I doubt i will ever order from L again. system and customer service are below par.
I also doubt they will care what we wrote here. Hardly see any of their staffs replying to comments here.

建议大家暂时停止定购。。。等了又等。。还说七天送到。。人家整整等了十来天。。。 |

我赚到了，之前买4包尿片收到了3包，只欠一包，今天我不是收到他欠我的一包，而是三包，啊哈哈！赚到了，目前他没欠我东西了，其余的东西我要求refund。目前stop。。。不买先！ |

面子书上。。顾客们骂到好狠下。。看来应该暂停购买，好让他们管理层察觉事情的所在。。 |

lazada的customer service最可怜，zalora的没人鸟因为效率好

我觉得LAZADA很可怜，RM３。０９的东西都包到美美， yamato的 送货员更惨，昨天送货， 我老婆去吃饭了， 他等了３０分钟。。。只是RM３。０９的东西，真是不好意思。。
