请问各位,我在2007年6月-7月间买了一间廉价屋,那个时候还没有stamp duty半价优惠,对吗?现在想买第二间屋子,可以使用这个优惠吗?

各位大大,请问签了S&P可是因为卖家的律师动作很慢,给不到我的律师要的东西,loan一直pending着,所以半年了还没有approve,请问会不会中bank的penalty?因为拖太久了。如果中,谁bear? 谢谢! |

刚定了一间440K的公寓, 90% LOAN.
我的agent希望我用和卖家同样的律师,可是听说不鼓励这样做对吗?
那律师quote我S&P加杂费RM12K+, 还说loan agreement可以再给我折扣.
大家意见如何?

各位大大,我和弟弟在2006年联名买了一间屋子(100%印花税)。
我和妹妹在2013年联名买了第二间屋子(只扣了25%的印花税)。这是因为律师告知,妹妹是第一次买屋子(可以扣50%), 而我不是所以没得扣印花税。而这间屋子是联名购买,所以只能扣25%的印花税。
但是现在爬帖后知道,每人一生中都可以享有50%的印花税,这是不是说,未来如果我再买多一间屋子,我还是可以扣50%的印花税呢? |

你的 snp 加 loan agreement ?? 如果是二手屋 差不多是这个价
