我已签好全部文件了,等着开始供期。今天却接到律师楼来电说:有文件搞错了 ,需要从新补签一份。我的 loan应该是属于under facilities loan, not under housing loan.
请问各位大大,是否有如此事情? 签文件时需要注意些什么呢? |

请问大大,近三个月我买了一间CONDO, with DIBS的. 不过今天收到一张SMS, 内容写Housing Facility Overdue, Pls Remit. 请问有谁知道是款项来的吗?还有我向banker提起我每月会收到通知还利息的信,banker 就跟我说,developer 会还的叫我不用理会。请问真的是这样吗? |

如果188K的公寓,要多少律师费,有谁可以pm我吗!我已经loan到90+5,因为本人第一次买屋子怕被律师砍,所以请各位大大指点,然后哪里有的扣请和我说。谢谢 |

想问楼主一下!我和老公要联名买间公寓397k,可是我老公的妈妈几年前割名一间屋子给我老公了,我本身没有购买过任何房子,这样的情况我们还能有stamp duty50%折扣吗?谢谢... |

如果要买一间5百千的房子,除的要给50千头期,还要大概准备多少给律师费stamp duty等等,谢谢 |

S&P+ LA律师费预20-30K吧,预多好过预少
不过LA可以finance, 就不需要准备那么多~

Completed的房子,除了SPA&LA的StampDuty和律师费,还有Valuation report的费用。

看看楼上有些还拿到5000多而已,我的律师给得价钱是8k。 |

i have a question, im aldy get all stuff include s&p and deed of mutual covenants , but the lawyer some how tel me i still need to sign a loan agreement with them. and need pay a fees for the loan agreement. is that i must pay that and how much it wil be? cos them dint tel me the amount. |

Hi,
Yes, You are entitled to bear the lawyer fees between YOU & YOUR BANK.
It depends on the amount you loan. Also, the MRTA & MLTA got to take note.
