等律师跟完手尾才给 保障自己中途出问题的话律师也会尽快帮你settle

我还跟lawyer要求再discount，最终两个合同有50% 折扣。

Legal fee可以跟律师尽量拿50% discount
stamp duty 如果之前买第一间屋子没扣过的话可以拿50% Discount
其他➕起来就是杂费 没得扣每个律师楼的charges都不同

10% - 18千
Legal fee around 5千 (1st property stamp duty 50%)
Value Fee around 1千
Loan Agreement around 3千 (loan agreement 可加进你的90%loan除了pbb或外国bank不能finance)
