借loan:90%
有谁可以帮我计算我一共要准备多少钱买屋子?(本人太笨了,不是很明白上面大家讲的东西!!)

stamp duty 如果之前买第一间屋子没扣过的话可以拿50% Discount
其他➕起来就是杂费 没得扣每个律师楼的charges都不同 |

10% - 18千
Legal fee around 5千 (1st property stamp duty 50%)
Value Fee around 1千
Loan Agreement around 3千 (loan agreement 可加进你的90%loan除了pbb或外国bank不能finance)
