my 1st encounter with ksl was the shopping mall managment, the staffs are arrogant, not polite, no manner. they think they are the only shopping centre in jb, think all jb people will shop there, do business there. the location is good but always heavy traffic, parking fee is expensive, shop lots are not organised. the upper level parking driveway is scary like riding roller coaster. as for the apartment, is a joke. unless u like to watch your neighbour taking shower or, you are a vampire, you wont want to stay there, the units and blocks are so close to each other. and the price is very expensive, scary. that is why the name KSL, KIA SI LANG. |

true i dont have the money. even if i had the money i'll not buy from ksl. there are plenty of choices in jb. with that price i can get a real resort living rather than a fake 1. |

看回2011的帖很多人都说房产会泡沫,不过到现在那些2011买的赚到笑了...
记得我2008买新加坡的屋子时,我亲戚也是说新加坡房产泡沫要爆了,不过到现在都还好好的... |

i m not bother with the parking if i live there. is the driveway that scares me, high up on 6th floor, driving up and down is like riding roller coaster.
anyway is the building i dont like it. if u like living in high rise building, i presume u want a nice view of surrounding area, but look at ksl, u can only c your neighbour take shower. even goverment low cost flat can offer a better view.
as in a "resort" i like to breath some fresh air, not co2 from traffic beneath it.
than ofcoz la, the main reason is as u said i dont have the money to buy...

The KSL city 公寓as hotel design, target for rice people... anyways more then 95% already sold-out. don't scares be happy.

在坡底的价钱不必说,要说来出组如果可以租到2500的话ok,
但我不会选咯想到几个时段的塞车... |

没错,地点来说,看是不错,很短的距离去CIQ1, 可是car park的设计不好,那里又是旧区,交通瘫痪,住宅密度环境治安等等也绝对没有说的那么高级。。。
