消費稅遊客退稅計劃 傳盟匯集團獲合約

（吉隆坡8日訊）消息指出，盟匯集團（MPAY，0156，創業板科技）從眾多公司中脫穎而出， 獲得優渥的消費稅遊客退稅計劃（tourist tax refund scheme）合約。

財經週刊《Focus Malaysia》引述消息報導，該公司幾乎已算是獲得合約，現階段只欠關稅局發出頒發書；由于該合約屬中長期，相信每年可貢獻介于900萬令吉至1200萬令吉淨利。

報導指出，獲得該合約業者將在5年內負責執行該計劃，約滿后再決定續約或終止合約，獲合約需符合的條件包括財務穩定，有能力投資退稅系統，並且擁有足夠資金應付至少2個月的退稅額。

消息亦透露，一旦盟匯集團獲得這項合約，該股2015/16財年本益比將從87.77倍，降低至更能反映實際估值的個位數水平；在消息推動下，該公司股項從去年8月的8仙，勁漲至38.5仙的1年來最高水平。

截至3月底，盟匯集團首季淨利按年增59%至76萬令吉，營運現金流亦從前一年38萬8000令吉赤字改善至230萬令吉。【中国报财经】

根据文告，这项拨款是在产品发展与商业化基金之下颁发，盟汇集团将用此来发展货到付款服务。

The Board of Directors of ManagePay wishes to announce that MTSB had on 15 January 2015 accepted the Letter of Offer from MDeC dated 9 January 2015 (“Letter of Offer”) on the offer from MDeC to grant MTSB a maximum sum of Ringgit Malaysia Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand One Hundred and Eighty-Five (RM749,185.00) only for the Product Development & Commercialisation Fund (“the Grant”) for the purpose of developing and commercialising MPAY Collection on Delivery (COD) Solutions and Services (“COD Project”), subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Letter of Offer. The COD Project is designed to support the growth of e-commerce in Malaysia. It allows the sale of goods by mail or online order where credit cards or debit cards payment is made via MPAY Mobile POS on delivery rather than in advance. If the goods are not paid for, they are returned to the retailer. The recipient of the Grant has to meet stringent criteria amongst others, a project submitted must have clear sales targets and market share goals been established in terms of geography and timelines and more importantly, a business intent declared by a prospective client.   The Company has received a Letter of Intent dated 10 June 2014 from Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn. Bhd. (34594-V) during the submission of the Grant application, which stated its interest to become a prospective client of ManagePayCOD Project. ManagePay believes that the COD Project will provide ManagePay Group an additional source of revenue stream as it is estimated that a substantial portion of the total e-commerce transaction will be fulfilled through COD services upon the market and service maturity in coming years. INFORMATION ON MDEC MDeC is an organisation mandated by the Government to visualise and drive Digital Malaysia. Digital Malaysia is the nation’s digital economy that is powered by digital technologies and encompasses all aspects of the economy, governance and social interactions. THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & COMMECIALISATION FUND (“PCF”) PCF is aimed at assisting local MSC Malaysia status companies to accelerate the development and commercialisation of innovative, market driven product/solutions/services as well as increasing the creation of Intellectual Property for commercialisation. 私配30%新股 盟汇冀筹4041万

（吉隆坡25日讯）盟汇集团（MPAY，0156，创业板）建议，私下配售高达30%的新股予第三方投资者，发售价为每股23仙，预计最高筹资可达4041万3000令吉。

截至3月15日，盟汇集团缴足股本为4026万6858令吉，由4亿266万8580股组成；该公司另有1亿8303万1190张凭单，将在8月6日到期。

假设全数凭单获行使，公司缴足股本将增至5856万9977令吉，或5亿8569万9770股。

发行电子货币

以此计算，该公司最低可私配1亿2080万574股，筹资2778万4000令吉；最高私配1亿7570万9931股，筹资4041万3000令吉。

盟汇集团于2月间获国家银行批准，根据电子钱包和预付卡服务的概念，发行电子货币。

届时，预计可提升明年的业绩表现，有望维持双位数增长的步伐。

“电子货币业务的贡献，可提升营业额和净利表现，希望从中可达到转板的要求。”

依据大马交易所挂牌主板的要求，公司需在过去3至5年持续取得盈利，且税后盈利合计至少要达2000万令吉，以及最新财年的税后盈利不得

低于600万令吉。

（吉隆坡21日讯）盟汇集团（MPAY，0156，创业板）子公司ManagePay资源（简称MRSB），注册成为银联国际（UnionPay）的第三方服务供应商。

根据文告，针对注册成为银联国际的第三方服务提供商，MRSB日前已接获银联国际的通知信，为银联提供开关/网关服务、系统操作和产品管理服务，包括银联卡的发行和收单服务。

服务区域包括我国、缅甸、泰国、新加坡和印尼。

若盟汇集团要扩大，或更改服务类型及区域，需提前向银联国际申请。
