民泰近电获1100万合约
分包KLIA控制中心系统
2017年10月17日
（吉隆坡16日讯）民泰近电（BINTAI，6998，主板贸服股）宣布，接获WZR产业私人有限公司，颁发总值1100万令吉的合约。
民泰近电今日向交易所报备，旗下Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司，于上周四接获上述合约。
该公司将负责为吉隆坡国际机场（KLIA）的新吉隆坡空交控制中心（New KL ATCC），进行设计、供应、安装和测试，以及通讯、导航、监视与飞航管理系统（CNS/ATM）分包工程。
文告指出，该合约不可更新，并预计相关工程将在明年11月竣工。
民泰近电指，该合约不会对截至3月杪2018财年的盈利、每股盈利、每股净资产和负债带来影响，但会在未来贡献盈利。【e南洋】

马六甲发展3.5亿房产

（吉隆坡20日讯）民泰近电（BINTAI，6998，主板贸服股）与Vista Springs发展私人有限公司计划联手在马六甲，发展酒店、住宅或商业项目，发展总值约3.5亿令吉。
民泰近电向交易所报备，独资子公司Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司与Vista Springs发展签署了解备忘录，成立联营公司，发展位于马六甲面积约4.744英亩的地皮。
双方将会在签署约束性协议前，进行精密审核及可行研究。
两家公司将通过合作，引进各自的技术、经验及资源进行发展计划。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡31日讯）民泰近电（BINTAI，6998，主板贸服股）宣布，获得国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸易服股）颁发1854万4920令吉合约，作为指定电流接驳站（PMU）承包商。
民泰近电昨天向交易所报备，独资子公司Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司（简称KBK）在上周五（27日），接受了国能发给公司的得标书。
KBK受委为承包商，负责在吉隆坡宏愿城设计、供应、架设、测试和调试132/33千伏特（kV）的电流接驳站（PMU），预计在480天内完成。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡9日讯）民泰近电（Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd）获委为捷运二号线（MRT2）的二手承包商，提供与高架站建设有关的工作。
根据文告，MRCB Builders私人有限公司昨日颁发上述合约给民泰近电独资子公司Kejuruteraan Bintai Kindenko私人有限公司（KBK），合约价值为1330万令吉。
根据合约条款，KBK将在双溪毛糯-沙登-布城捷运路线的赛城市中心（Cyberjaya City Centre）及布城中环（Putrajaya Sentral）（S210配套），建造和完成高架车站及其他相关电气工程的供应、交付、安装、测试和调试工作。
民泰近电预计，该合约将在2021年11月份完成。
“这份合约有望为集团截至2019年3月31日止财年的收益、每股盈利、每股净资产与负债以及未来盈利，作出积极的贡献。”
MRCB Builder母公司马资源（Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd）在2017年9月份宣布，获得总值1亿4580万令吉的MRT2合约。
