(吉隆坡7日讯)活力集团(FLONIC,0109,创业板)获颁3086万2500令吉合约,负责在马六甲兴建可负担房屋。
活力集团在文告中指出,独资子公司Jiwa Project私人有限公司,今日从B.S.土木工程私人有限公司手中接过这项合约。
该公司将为一项马六甲的可负担房屋发展计划,兴建28间单层排屋、150间双层半独立房屋,以及相关基础建设工程。

RISK FACTORS Risk factors affecting the Sub-Contract include but are not limited to execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and material, changes in the price of materials and changes in economic, business and political conditions. FLONIC will undertake all necessary efforts to mitigate the various risk factors identified.
4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The Sub-Contract is not expected to have a material effect on the net assets and gearing of FLONIC for the financial year ending 31 January 2017. The Sub-Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and earnings per share of FLONIC and its group of companies for the financial year ending 31 January 2017.
5. DIRECTORS’ AND MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTEREST None of the directors or major shareholders of FLONIC or persons connected to them have any interest, direct and indirect, in the award of the Sub-Contract.

(吉隆坡20日)易名议案获得股东通过的活力科技(FLONIC,0109,创业板)表示,在其建筑材料与项目管理业务推动下,公司业绩將转亏为盈。
活力科技独立非执行主席郑来福(音译)在今日的股东大会与股东特大后向媒体表示,股东已经同意將公司名字「活力科技」易为「SC建屋」(SC Estate Builder),以展现该公司进军建筑业,並以此爭取更佳的財务表现。
「儘管公司目前仍处於亏损,但我们对前景感到非常乐观。」
他指出,活力科技透过精简化旗下业务,以及专注在上述2项核心业务,尽力改善公司的財务现况。
在建筑材料方面,该公司计划扩充產品种类,以迎合建筑公司的需求。「这包括了工业化建筑系统(IBS)中的新型建材,这些建材可以应用在任何建筑计划,提升工程效率。」
此外,郑来福称,在大马政府大力推动可负担公共房屋的计划下,活力科技受此激励,意欲在建筑领域扮演更重要的角色。
谈及公司展望时,郑来福透露,活力科技把目標放在多家贏获各州可负担房屋发展计划的建筑公司。
「活力科技已经获颁位於马六甲、价值超过3000万令吉的可负担公共房屋发展计划合约,而公司也正与多方洽谈有关可负担房屋的发展计划。」
此外,郑来福表示,活力科技正从其传统的核心业务转到工业化建筑系统业务,目前投资在该项业务的金额未定,不过注资行动即將开始。他还补充道,活力科技最近完成了一项私下配售活动,而公司手上约2000万令吉现金的一大部份將会拨给工业化建筑系统部门。【东方网财经】 |

SC建筑扩展至工程管理
(吉隆坡12日讯)SC建筑(SCBUILD,0109,创业板工业产品组)表示,该公司将现有建筑及相关行业的核心业务,扩展及延伸至包括工程管理及建筑材料领域。
或售亏损子公司
该公司文告指出,该公司也将寻求营运合理化,包括考虑脱售亏损子公司的选项。
该公司于2016年5月取得马六甲巴都伯伦丹一项可负担房屋发展计划的工程管理及二手承包工程合约,总值为3090万令吉。
该公司预料马六甲工程将在2017年3月完工,并显示该公司转型为强大工程管理及二手承包商进入第一阶段。
该公司不仅放眼攫取更多建筑可负担房屋工程合约,同时也建立更广泛产品组合,以便成为建筑业全方位的建材供应商。
截至2016年10月31日为止首9个月,该公司由亏转盈,取得净利19万5000令吉,比较前期则是净亏损140万令吉。该公司的前名为Flonic Hi-Tec公司,并于2016年初更改为现有名称。

削资发附加股 SC建商进军建筑

(吉隆坡26日讯)配合合理化企业资產负债表,SC建商(SCBUILD,0109,创业板)建议进行一系列企业活动,包括削资和发售附加股,抵消累计亏损,並计划多元化业务至建筑领域。
据文告,SC建商建议把每股面值5仙的股票,削减4仙,至每股1仙,从中取得5117万令吉,以抵消累积亏损2118万令吉,剩余资金將列入保留盈利户头。
在完成削资活动后,SC建商將以1配5附加股,5附加股送2凭单的比例,配售63亿9461股附加股和派送25亿5785万张凭单,以集资6395万令吉。
文告指出,SC建商將把发售附加股所筹得资金中的3197万令吉作为营运资本、3087万令吉用以多元化业务至建筑与土木相关业务,剩余的110万令吉则支付企业活动开销。
另外,由于大股东Takzim Empayar私人有限公司,和SC Estate World私人有限公司在全面认购附加股后,將触及强制性全面献购水平,该大股东申请豁免进行全面献购。
配合以上企业活动,SC建商建议把註册资本从原本的1亿令吉,提高至2亿令吉。
同时,该公司也將召开股东特別大会,寻求股东批准以上建议。【东方网财经】
