答：永安集团是国内外市场（区域市场为主）的家用纺织品及卧室配备（如床单）生产及供应商。至于内在价值，兴业证券行于5月对永安集团的基本层面剖析中资料，可供参考。

该行认为，永安集团的基本因素坚稳，拥有良好业务表现纪录、在其经营行业的市场占有率具主导性地位，即在大马市场占了约三分之一。该公司的成长策略为推行本身内部品牌的零售分店。

它在家用纺织品及卧室配备（如床单）领域已有逾50年经验，目前产品拥有逾10个品牌，主攻中上层客户市场。其全方位营运，包括强劲专业，多元分销管道（特别是本身品牌分销分店），使公司产品已成为大马及区域市场家喻户晓的品牌。

扩充零售分店推动销售

（1）关于永安集团未来的成长空间，兴业证券行认为，预料旗下的Home\'s Harmony品牌将推动公司未来的业务成长。该公司积极地扩充其本身内部Home\'s Harmony品牌的零售分店，将使公司受惠不浅，特别是设立更多分店、加强品牌认同、以及减少依赖寄售商店，预料将推动额外的产品销售。

同时，这将提高公司产品的赚幅。该行就预测，永安集团的2017至2019财政年的税前盈利赚幅，将分别提高至15.3%、15.7%、及16.2%，比较2016财政年的赚幅则为14.3%。

（2）公司涉足的家用纺织品及卧室配备（如床单）行业肯定拥有竞争，不过，市场人士认为，由于永安集团是业内的老行尊，拥有逾50年经验，旗下产品在国内市场占三分之一份额，加上来自家族大股东的管理层经验丰富及亲力而为，相信足以应对任何对手的竞争与挑战。其竞争对手的品牌也不少，惟这里没有这方面的资料。

（3）公司的应收账款及库存逐年攀升，某程度上反映出其产能可能偏高、或是产品销售速度低于预期，至于应收账款增加，这意味着客户在产品销售欠佳情况下未能及时偿还账款/或拖账所致。或许永安集团更为积极地进行产品促销及追账，包括推行大促销/减价活动，以便把库存和应收账款降至一个较为舒适水平。

（4）是否值得长期投资，看看业绩表现与财务情况作参考。截至2017年3月31日第三季，该公司净利为700万1000令吉（每股净利为4.38仙），前期净利为567万7000令吉（每股净利为3.55仙）。营业额为4633万8000令吉，前期为5242万8000令吉。

首9个月净利为1842万1000令吉（每股净利为11.52仙），前期为1607万4000令吉（每股净利为10.05仙）。营业额为1亿4247万8000令吉，前期为1亿4606万9000令吉。

财务情况方面，总资产为2亿1799万1000令吉，包括银行存款/现金/及银行余款占1263万3000令吉、短期投资为3197万6000令吉、库存7237万9000令吉、贸易及其他应收款项为4955万1000令吉。产业/工厂/器材值5038万令吉。

总负债仅为2320万3000令吉，包括贸易及其他应付款项为1186万令吉，银行借贷为694万及非流动负债下的银行借贷为239万6000令吉。

谈到2017财政年表现时，该公司认为全球市况复苏依然不明朗，未来本地零售市场仍然具挑战及竞争。不过，由于公司业务营运效率的基本面优势、财务稳定以及广泛的分销网络，使公司董事部预期财务表现将取得令人满意成长，特别是公司已经定下的计划及策略，以便渡过具挑战的时期。

竞争激烈利好出尽．永安盈利承压

（吉隆坡26日讯）永安集团（YOCB,5159,主板消费品组）今年股价飙涨24%，肯纳格研究预见国内零售市场竞争剧烈，未来盈利增长有限，相信“利好已经出尽”。

肯纳格研究认为，全球金融危机依旧不明朗，加上国内零售市场仍深具挑战和竞争剧烈，可能冲击永安集团的国内业务表现和出口市场表现。

目前，永安集团83%营收来自国内，出口则占17%。

不过，肯纳格研究说，永安集团预期截至2018年6月30日财政年可获满意表现，主要是集团已拟具方略应对挑战。

整体来看，该行相信永安集团通过持续扩展零售店及提高海外酒店供应，2018和2019财政年净利将达到2340万令吉和2470万令吉，相等于3%和6%增幅，主要受业务性质和库存周转率拖累。

“我们相信永安集团股价已全面反映利多，而个位数盈利增长目标也抑制股价上涨空间，因此决定不给予其任何评级，合理价为1令吉35仙。”

机构投资者增持．永安赚幅走高

（吉隆坡14日讯）虽然寝具配件制造商永安集团（YOCB，5159，主板消费品组）近年业绩表现平平，机构投资者却从去年底逐步增持该股，有些更已跻身前4大股东。

《彭博社》数据显示，该公司最大股东是Casatex Cosmo公司，持股达52.23%，其余股东包括胡望守（译音）、大华银行和兴业资管公司，持股各报4.92%、4.39%和4.08%。

虽然该公司2015至2017财政年税后盈利仅增长4.3%，但截至今年6月2017财政年税后盈利却提高8.8%，赚幅也从10.9%增至12%，主要归功于营运开销和融资成本减少。

永安集团计划2018财政年增设2至3家Home's Harmony零售店，并争取更多酒店订单。目前，该公司已开设20家零售店，并拥有超过250个柜台。

分析员认为，该公司进口高达90%原料，且以美元计价，因此马币兑美元升值对该公司有利。

该公司2016财政年销售额中，高达83%来自国内，出口销售则是17%。
