Yes they are passive voice.

Passive form for

Present simple - is/am/are + past participle
Present continuous - is/am/are + being + past participle
Present perfect - has/have + been + past participle
Present perfect continuous - has/have + been + being + past participle.

Having been sent off , Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch.
is same as " Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch having been sent off.

are "is understood" and "to be confident" passive?

so this meaning become "DLC 被明白,被有信心“。
it should be "DLC 明白and confident" meh?
understood and confident are adjective here, arent it ?

Having been sent off , Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch.
is same as " Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch having been sent off.

No...I don't agree with you...Both sentences carry different meaning. The latter is not even sensible.

To make the sentence simple, the sentence "Having been sent off , Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch."can be separated into:
Javier Maschenaro has been sent off.
Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch.

The event "Javier Maschenaro has been sent off." came first, then "Javier Maschenaro has to leave the pitch." can happen...

Perfect -ing form has already shown that the event " Sending off of Javier" happened before he had to leave.

Function of present perfect - to show completed action.

let me explain for it.
i taking this as an example:

Having done my assignment,i went to clubbing

it is same with "i went to clubbing having done my assignment" and  "i went to clubbing when i had done my assignment".

also, we can separate it as
i went to clubbing.
i had done my assignment.

so "Having done" for this sentence here is a past perfect ( had done ).

darksider,am i right?

Perfect -ing forms
We can use a perfect -ing form to emphasise that one thing happens another :
I didn't remember having met her before.

Having finally grasped what I meant , he got down to work. (=focus on going down to work.)

He got down to work having finally grasped what I meant. (=focus on finally grasping what I meant.)

the more important one is usually the latter. It depends on what you want to emphasise.
