Items can take up to 48 hours for delivery. Proceeds from auctions may take up to 5 days for delivery, in certain circumstances. If you have not received your item or money after five days have passed, please reply to this ticket for assistance.
已经五天了到现在也没有收到AC的email讯息, 以前24小时就能收到金, 现在反而要48小时到5天....

Loot 2.0 几时才有哦。
看到 Console Diablo... 突然有股冲动想买个 Console 回家玩 Diablo 3.. T_T
但是现在买 xbox 或 PS3 好像都不值得。
XBox One / PS4 好像腰出了....  |

所以自從我的PS3壽終正寢后，我都沒再去買。等PS4。不過，PS4不能玩PS3的遊戲哦。。。

有在Acution House买或卖 Item / Gold / Money 的要注意下了
Many players may experience a transaction delay when buying/selling from the Diablo III auction houses. These transactions could currently be taking approximately 8-10+ days longer to process than normal.
If you have still not received your items/gold/money after 10 days (240 hours) then please contact our Billing Department by submitting a support ticket (required) as described below so that they can investigate further. Bear in mind that these investigations can take a while to complete. Please do not make a post on the Diablo III forums as the moderators here have very limited abilities in so far as being able to assist with any Auction House issues. Creating a support ticket is by far the fastest way to get help once the suggested waiting period has elapsed.
Don’t panic if this happens! We’d like to assure players that, despite these issues and delays, we have not seen any cases where gold/items have been permanently lost.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disruption that these issues are causing traders and ensure you all that despite their immense complexity, we will continue to do our best to iron out these problems and provide a smooth trading environment for everyone to use safely.

How to submit a support ticket for an Auction House issue:
1. Go to the Battle.net Support website at https://us.battle.net/support/en/ticket/submit
2. Choose "Diablo III" as the game with which you need assistance.
3. Ensure that "Use a few words to summarize your issue" is selected.
4. Type in "auction house" and click Next.
5. Choose one of the options that best matches your problem.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Submit a Ticket".
7. Fill out your ticket and click "Submit".
Be sure to mention in the ticket that you've waited at least 10 days (240 hours) already and still not received the items/gold/money.
