09th August 2009 is Singapore’s 44th National’s Day and we will like to take this opportunity to let Maplers celebrate the Nation’s Birthday together.
Event : MapleSEA National’s Day Quiz Event

Time : Aquila and Fornax Worlds: 1600hrs – 1700hrs
Bootes and Delphinus/Eridanus Worlds: 1300hrs – 1400hrs
Cassiopeia and Gemini Worlds: 1700hrs – 1800hrs

Event Details
• Questions will be made in-game and placers will have to answer with the correct answer using “weather”
• Prizes will be given out via Qbox within 10 days after the event had ended.
Rules & Regulations
• Any forms of hacks usage found in this event will be dealt with according to our User Abuse Policy.
• Player will need to use “weather” to answer the correct answer.
• In one world there will be 10 winners.
• Winner who had won in the same world will not be able to win again in the event.

Malaysia Merdeka Event!
It is Malaysia’s 51st Independence Day on the 31st of August. The effort for independence was spearheaded by Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, the first Prime Minister of Malaysia. To celebrate Independence Day, the Tunku will make an appearance in-game to challenge the players’ knowledge and wit to find the worthy one to win his special trophy.

Date: 31st August 2009 (Monday)

What is “Spot the Tunku” Event?
After 51 years of independence the Tunku would like to give out a very special prize to players but it is not that simple.
There are 3 stages to this event. Firstly, players would need to spot the Tunku and enter the game room that was been setup. 2 room will be set up and clues will be given to enter the room. Secondly, multiple players will be chosen and teleport to a secret map and they will have to answer a series of historical & geographical questions related to Malaysia. This round will be an eliminating round. Remaining players after series of question will go to the third stage. Third stage will be called the PK stage and only 1 player will emerge as the winner and walk away with the prize.
Rules & Regulations
• Players in the Quiz room are to move to the stand of their choice within 10 sec when the question is been slide.
• Players who use hack, offensive, sexual, abusive representations etc will be dealt with according to our User Abuse Policy.
• Winner will be notify of their prizes after 7 working days.
• GM’s Decision is final.

Boss Balrog
The infallible Balrog, who was sealed up in the Underground Temple at Sleepywood by Tristan decades ago, has been slowly preparing to be resurrected. Mu Young was emphatic in his request that YOU must prevent Balrog, who’s standing past the sealed-up door, from fully resurrected, and that YOU must be prepared to face him. Balrog should not be underestimated! Form up your Squad with a minimum of 6 players and a maximum of 30 players to go against him!
Monster Carnival Season 2
Players between level 51 ~ level 69 take note! Monster Carnival Season 2 is out! With more powerful Monsters, battle out with your friends and stand a chance to win yourself with fabulous equipments! Form up a party of 2 to 6 players and talk to Spiegelmann located in various towns to participate in the Monster Carnival Season 2 NOW!
Creation of New Knight of Cygnus Character
Knights of Cygnus can now be created without the restriction of a level 20 character! You may now choose to create Knight of Cygnus Character or Adventurers from the Character Creation Page!
2X EXP Event on a Fresh New Month!
Prepare yourself for the fresh new month and enjoy 2X the EXP on the first weekend of the month on 1st and 2nd August 2009, from 1400hrs to 1600hrs (GMT +8).
Window Mode
Window mode is now implemented for your convenience! You may now choose to play MapleSEA in Window Mode! Simply make your selection under System Option!
Monster Box
Treasure Boxes are dropping from monsters in MapleSEA! Stand a chance to get RARE items like Reverse Weapons and Timeless Weapons from these Boxes! There will be 2 types of Boxes!
Gold Monster Box
• Dropped by Singapore & Malaysia map monsters at different rates but you can surely find this in ALL Boss monsters at 100% rate!
• You can get in-game items, Top 100 popular Gachapon items and Timeless items!
• All items come with 9 upgrading slots available.
Silver Monster Box
• Dropped by all other level 20 and above monsters.
• You can get in-game items, Top 100 popular Gachapon items and Reverse items!
• All items come with 9 upgrading slots available.
To open the Gold Monster Boxes and Silver Monster Boxes, you would have to use the Gold and Silver Master Keys to open up the respective boxes. If you are lucky enough to get one of the 10 most popular items, timeless & reverse items from the Monster Box, the Monster Box alarm will an announcement in the game!
Gachapon Alarm
Gachapon alarm has been implemented. Announcements will be made once you have gotten any of the Top 100 most popular Items from Gachapon Machines! Try your luck now!
