1）我的鼻头很多。。用了RM 250 的焕肤面膜3次，还是没见效。之前也用了很多 ...

也要从营养着手。吃比别人多双倍的C,E,Protein,Double X。
在前三个月别急着用护肤品，用Cleanser/磨砂系列就好了。
三个月后，再用回焕肤面膜等等。你会发觉到不同的。

虽然是这么说，但是有一句话叫做～不告诉老板/不让他们知道就行了～知道吗，在安利里，有好多甚至是有几个前银行职员在安利做到很高的奖衔咯～已经不需要继续浸在“痛苦的深渊里”，因为我以前也是其中的一份子，很可怕:@

送大家一句话：如果你现在干的这个事儿在五年/十年内没有变化，是时候转换跑道了～想想你们的人生规划吧～

Amway to donate USD1.2 million to support Tohoku Pacific earthquake victims and recovery efforts

Amway Japan Limited and parent company Amway will provide 100 million yen, or approximately USD1.2 million, in cash and product donations to support relief efforts in Japan following the earthquake and tsunami of 11 March 2011.

The corporation, its distributors and employees will provide the support in partnership with local NPOs and relief agencies in the region, especially those which focus on children, in alignment with the company’s Amway One by One Campaign for Children.

“We express our profound sympathies to all victims of this indescribable disaster, and will continue to provide additional assistance through disaster relief efforts as we learn the status and needs of the affected areas,” said Amway Japan President John Parker. “Our heartfelt prayers go out to our families, friends and neighbors who have been impacted by this tragedy. We are grateful for the well wishes of people around the world, and appreciate their generous offers of help and encouragement to ensure the country’s recovery and rebuilding efforts.”

Amway has confirmed employees, expatriates and business visitors are safe, and continues to work to ascertain the status of distributors and their families in Japan.

"Wherever we do business, Amway affirms our commitment to respond to events that have such a profound impact on daily lives," said Amway Executive Vice President Jim Payne. "Amway has activated its global network for Japan. We are providing a mechanism for our employees and distributors to engage and provide help, and will continue to do so as the effort continues."

Amway is matching donations from its global employees and distributors up to USD250,000, from now until Monday, 21 March 2011.

Here in Malaysia, Amway Distributors who wish to contribute can do so, by cash or cheque, at any Amway RDC or Amway shop. Collections will be from 15 to 21 March and will be collectively channeled to the Malaysian Red Crescent (MRCS) thereafter. Amway Malaysia will issue temporary receipts for all collections. All donations of RM10 and above are tax exempted and receipts will be issued by MRCS several weeks after the official donation to them.

Cheques should be made out to "Amway (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd" with your name as per your Identity Card, IC no, mailing address and "Japan Earthquake" written on the back of the cheque.

要解决胃的问题，我还是建议回Protein。Amway的Protein就是最基本的营养配搭。我最近在喝着绿茶口味，真的很不错。既有绿茶的味道，又不用顾虑绿茶喝多的问题，因为里头只有提炼出的儿茶素而已。

当然，茶或者咖啡会刺激胃酸，进而破坏胃壁黏膜。
对于一些顶级的中国茶/花茶虽然能够帮助松弛神经，轻微的胃病也能够舒缓；但是对于一些胃功能不好的人来说，喝茶/咖啡就是弊多于利。

我只是偶尔喝一喝花茶 （茉莉花加菊花）。可是也和吃营养的时段分开。不然效果就大打折扣了。

分享一下，今早试了绿茶口味Protein，加上百香果、杏仁、白芝麻，味道还不错。

想问问看还有没有人试过其它的搭配？

我真的不大熟 Artistry。。。你也可以试试看到Shop或者RDC问问看啊。。里面的工作人员都会帮助你的。
