Hi we need help. We are the early birds buyer for tower A parc ville . Most of us bought the unit at rm500 ++
For 1323 sqft and 1220 sqft.. Now ioi is letting go block B cheap and unreasonably at rm440 per sqft. Block A owner is losing so much money + interest. Please help us to locate buyer. We like to seek compensation and explanation from management. But as usual... They are playing deaf and quiet. We are so sad and disappointed with ioi properties. Pls help us...

What u want help, did IOI used gun to force you buy. I believe you can effort 600-700k condo that mean u have  stong finance power... Don't kao bei kao pu here

虽然说block a的价钱很高, 可是我在6号去sales gallery时还是有人看了block b后下订block a, 价钱为722,000

据我知道的 block A 是有家具，所以价格高过block B很正常呀， Block B是空的
