这个水平还是under MAS control 而不让sgd过度攀高的。。

因此对于新加坡买家来说风险更低了,所以会发生恐慌性抛售的可能不高,即使稍微升息

有些会担心货币一直贬值影响收入,所以会卖出去。这就是weak hands.

对啊,马币贬值对于外国投资者好处甚多,但是对于本地买家确实苦坎不言。反正我是觉得在2020年前房价应该波动不大。

JOHOR BAHARU, May 31 -- Development projects that don't take off in Iskandar Malaysia will not have any direct impact on the region which is on a very firm footing.
Chief Executive of the Iskandar Regional Development Authority (IRDA) Datuk Ismail Ibrahim said this did not mean Iskandar Malaysia was undergoing problems as this happens everywhere especially during rapid economic growth.
"We usually don't make any assumption straightaway if a developer decides to proceed or withdraw a project.
"This happens everywhere especially in a flourishing economy like Iskandar Malaysia. For sure investors will be sensitive to the changing scenario and the viability of the project in the macro context," he told reporters after launching the Iskandar Malaysia Social Hero Awards here Sunday.
Ismail was commenting on the move by UEM Sunrise Bhd which shelved its Asian Trade Centre retail project in Gerbang Nusajaya, Johor.
He said the decision by any company to proceed with a project would depend on the returns on investment, failing which they can always switch to another project which is more lucrative.
"IRDA has already been informed of the latest development but since this is a private sector initiative, they are free to make any decision.
"We have to give companies the room to review their plans or even shelf them for new ones if the original plan is not viable.
"Certainly, any company in the midst of reviewing a major decision have a huge responsibility to their shareholders and the community," he added. |

你知道Asian Trade Centre只是iskandar里其中一个project而已吗?全新山5个flagship发展的东西多到数都数不完。。。。我只能说着个别现象还不到会引起大马崩盘,而且你知道uem的发展不止是这个project而已嘛?而且hh也是uem发展的,那么是不是代表hh也会崩盘?要看就要看大局面。那你有没有收到消息eon今年会动工三间jusco在大马,其中一间就在bdo?难不成我会因为一间jusco的开发就去买bdo的房子?jusco就像这project一样,就是iskandar一个小点缀,有最好,没有也不见得很可怕。

最糟的情况是等人接手。。

期待已久的Dato Onn Neighborhood 12终于拿钥匙。
事实早在2014年就该拿钥匙了,只是不懂为何拖到现在,毕竟已经完工了很久。
Dato Onn不稀罕每户家给大概RM20K的interest,这个的确是个谜。
哪家发展商完工后,不准时交钥匙。但Dato Onn的做法就有点特别,到底是有什么原因呢? |
