not yet G&G.. they only ask the security guard to walk around that area now..
the guardhouse not yet built.. pending the design and LBS approval 
but soon will have ^^

No worry.. its the timing matter only.. since LBS has agreed to finance us the construction of the guardhouse...
Pending the design now.. i am chasing them now also ^^

what is the name of the project? i dunno la.. lol.. good good.. our house appreciation should be very good also.. ^^

IJM got thousand over acre land in saujana putra, the site is in between kota kemuning and saujana putra, is still inder saujana putra, the whole project name is RIM BAYU, entrance is nearby SP 2 and SP 3 there. |

我觉得fully G&G至少还有三年的时间，
区域太大是一个问题（142arce 1521house），
规划方面会占点时间，
还有希望多数人是买来自住，
不然以后会有很多人拒绝给管理费。
买这区，要忍个几年，才会见到春天。。

Rimbayu和BSP是完全不同规划的township，
就发展商级数已经有别：Rimbayu - IJM + Dijaya，BSP - LBS + TCS/Talam，
而Rimbayu的市场定位会比BSP，甚至BSP Avenue来得高，
整个township也比较有规划，所以不能比较。
还有买那个township房产的价钱也高（排屋也需580K，现在好像630K+了），
不过风险会比BSP来得高，毕竟那个地方现在只是个山芭，
虽然phase 1的工程进度神速，也要等个几年才会有BSP现在的规模，
而那时候BSP的Masha, 医院，SkyPark等（说不定连学校和Mall也。。）已经完成，
基本设施充足与人潮注入，整个市区会开始旺起来。
不过当十年后（如果顺顺利利）Rimbayu township进入成熟阶段后，
将会演变成一个非常棒的township，类似Setia Alam/Eco Park的模式，
所以一般有holding power的投资者首选在Rimbayu早期置业，
而BSP受限于早期规划，很可能无法达到此级数，
不过BSP还依然将会沾到光，而大大受益！
我之前也有考虑过，不过还是喜欢cluster的房屋，
而且Rimbayu现在需要Ballot，有钱也未必买到，
地点也比较靠内，
所以最终就落脚RI2，哈哈。。

Dijaya买了Canal city的一部份地，迟点应该会有动作。

各位。。。。。。我现在已经住在Royal Ivory了。。。。这里环境很好，很喜欢。。。。。。不过。。。。就是少了一些“狗”朋友。。。。。。请问你们谁也使住在这里的？一起出来遛遛狗。。。。。。。ok?

ur staying in RI or IR ? Royal Ivory is still constructing la.. ^^
