找個負責任的教練   那么 潛水 機構不在重要。

In such  we can form one of the diving organization and publish book and produce card after they need our standard. In actual someone did talk to me to join them to form diving organization ..so that we don't need to pay high cost to buy manual and PIC ， pay expensive annual member fee etc

for me Diving institute is important , it is a system for us to follow , just like ISO 9001 for company
important ?. some company will say not important ..cos as far as we work in their way .but some will say it is important so that everyone will perform the same to meet customer s satisfaction .   you want instructor to work in their own way or teach according to a good  system.？

对了，再加一点。
教练依然是affiliate 在潜水机构的教学标准下， 我的看法是一个负责任的教练，会teach according to standard. 那么其实还是回到潜水发证·机构本身标准的问题。

说真的一句，padi在马来西亚很成功一下，因为很难看到其他有关机构可以跟它抗衡的。
几乎每间潜店都padi.......

为什么snorkeling一定要救生衣？真正snorkeling gear是不包括救生衣的，有错请纠正

PS：我曾經有朋友溺斃去世，他甚至是一名擁有10年游泳經驗的校隊！


    Today our dive boat went to Fan Canyon where a snorkelling boat from Juara was on the mooring line. A number of snorkelers were in the without life jackets. Suddenly our crew heard screams from the nearby rocks and 2 of our instructors immediately jumped into the water and swam towards the victim. A young male had pulled a young girl (appeared to be in her early twenties of Chinese decent) on a rock which was not breathing.

By the time our instructors arrived at the scene, the girl had turned blue and had obviously drowned. Our crew instantly started CPR while our boat radioed to our base for further assistance. We sent our speedboat out for the rescue which transported the victim to the clinic in Tekek (Tioman main village). All the while our staff tried to resuscitate the victim and her skin colour turned from blue to kind of normal which is a sign that the CPR is working and blood was circulated.

Some 45min after first contact with the victim, our boat/staff reached Tekek and brought her to the clinic where they unfortunately don’t have a defibrillator. Clinic staff continued with CPR for approximately another hour before declaring the girl as dead.

There was quite a crowd at Tekek who just saw a B&J boat arrive, so we will not be surprised if we hear that it was a B&J incident. This is untrue; all we did was trying to rescue a snorkeler from another operator from Juara.

A reminder to all out there who are not good swimmers to only snorkel with a life jacket!

这是无可否认的，不管是不是在马来西亚，PADI始终是推动商业课程潜水运动的佼佼者，这个其他机构也是认同

太肥的話可以减肥！太瘦的話可以穿小朋友的

你说的应该说 Discover Dive 吧 ？
很多潜水店或者潜水教练都有主办Discover Course的
