不用客气。 我每天来回做工都会经过EastBay的。我有空的话， 有可能每一个星期会去拍一次eastbay的progress photo. |

Dear Estan ,
Any update photo ? besided this apartment ,have any new apartment surrounding area ? Have any new development in progress ? Dont after 2 years, property there will increase or not ? |

3.5.2012， 1st floor 才建好。现在14.5.2012，2nd floor 已经好了。有点儿被吓到，construction progress 好像蛮快的。
在 Taman Rinting 将会有新建的apartment。前几个星期有看到传单。不懂是哪一个发展商。 |

Any new upload photo ? dont they sold all the unit or not ? After the highway complete ,those traffic there smooth or not ?
If more shop build nearby there should be more convenient . |

Yaloh ,the design and layout and location ,price quit reasonable . Wish next time can be neighbour .Hope can share more information each others and the progress of the building .Wish end of next year can completed whole building and MSCP .
Wish more developer invest there than more conveneice to us. |

Thank Estan ,
I am think they each month can cast 2 slab but Block B progress very slow .i am estimate almost 6 month they can cast up to roof top ,only wait for Block B and external and architect works.
So fast the site progress .Maybe End of 2013 than can get the key liao. |
