Please take note that the goods delivery will be on hold for those C.O.D. customers who still have outstanding invoices.

Apart from the customers mentioned, the delivery of goods will be on hold for the following due to non-payment of invoices.

1) ABC Sdn Bhd.
2) DEF Sdn Bhd.
3) GHD Sdn. Bhd.

The directives are to be strictly enforced and if in need of any clarification, please refer to the sender.

We would like to draw your immediate attention on the below outstanding invoices in which their Finance Dept. still did not receive our Inv & D/o.
Please take note that all the invoices in year 2009 must be submitted to their finance dept. on or before end of the March 2010, failing which, we are strictly rejected to claim the invoices.
Kindly take immediate action and  devote every effort to settle all sorts of problem may arise.
請闗注以下末解決的發貨单， 他方的財政部仍然还沒收到。
（他方已列下末收到的發貨单號，所以我只寫（以下）就可以明白了）
請注意全部２００９年的貨单必須在三月２０１０前提交給他方的財政部，否則，我方的索款會被拒絕。

我的版本：

Please note that our goods will be delivered to our C.O.D. customers only when their invoices have been settled.

We regret to say that, due to overdue invoices, the deliveries of goods to the following customers have been put on hold.

1) Ular Sdn Bhn.
2) Buaya Sdn Bhn.
3) Monyet Sdn Bhd.


“付清款项后，我们才送货” 比“未付清款项的顾客，我们将推迟送货”来得简洁和婉转吧？
(我‘比昂’！付款期限还未到，就写信来警告我没付钱就延迟交货)

outstanding 和 overdue 是不一样的。
在期限前未付清款项，也是outstanding，
在期限未到时就写信去催顾客付款或告诉他交货被搁置了，似乎不合理。
（即使如我，对生意一无所知的人，也这么认为）
overdue 则是期限过后还未付清欠款，第二段应该是属于这种情况吧？
