The Board of Directors of Bio Osmo (“Board”) wishes to announce that Amshore Holdings Sdn Bhd ("Amshore"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bio Osmo had on 30 May 2016 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("conditional SPA") with Pentas Prima Sdn Bhd ("PRSB") for the proposed disposal of Land and Factory to PRSB for a cash consideration of RM12.0 million and simultaneous with the execution of the conditional SPA, Amshore and PRSB had on 30 May 2016 also executed a conditional tenancy agreement in respect of the Proposed Tenancy of the Factory by Amshore.
