my problem is i do not know wen i should use continous tense o noun (gerund).
i give 1 more example showing y i'm so confusing.

"configured pc and installing application."

frm above sentence,we should use "installing" as continous tense o a noun(installing appliation)?o both oso can?

normally,we know "installing" is continous tense in here,rite?but if,i wana use "installing" as a noun,can it be?
o boz this sentence not allow "installing" as a noun since "configured" is a verb here?

Have is a stative verb so we don't usually use it in continuous form unless you want it to have an active meaning.

Perfect -ing forms
We can use Perfect -ing form to emphasise that one thing happens before another :
I didn't remember having met her before.
Having finally grasped what I meant , he got down to work.

Passive -ing Forms
We use Passive -ing forms (being +ed ) and Perfect Passive -ing forms ( having been + -ed) :
-After verbs that are normally followed by -ing forms)

-as participle, usually with the meaning of ' because '
