之前有人介绍我用一个ａｖｅｒｉｎ的ｃｏｓｍｅｔｉｃ ，还有ｍａｒｙ ｋａｙ。。听讲是适合给敏感皮肤用的。。

有听过吗？

请帮我看看我的断食排毒餐单。。。

3餐：psyllium husks (2 tsp.) + flaxseed (2 tbsp.）

花茶：三包泡3L的水喝一整天。。。它的ingredients包括：
1）清肝的：chinese plum, mulberry, barley sprout (malt), green orange peel, chrysanthemum extra, & vanilla.
2) 清肾的：sophorae bean, shiitake mushroom, asparagus, mulberry leaf, & lemon.
3)overall排毒的：five leaf ginseng, rose flower, & chrysanthemum flower.

觉得怎样？要加或修改甚么吗？
flaxseed是insoluble fiber吗？

如果早上待在冷气房，就用nourishing day cream; 否则就balancing。重要的是看你的皮肤oily zone或是dry zone大。它本身不是double cleanse。double cleanse是用2种cleanser

对，只是voucher，可以买衣服，鞋子，连用在supermarket都可以。。。
在KLCC二楼register,两年RM20。。。
有包括skincare的。。。

很多牌子都讲是给敏感皮肤用的，不过我没有确实的看过他们的成分表，所以也没什么意见

你不打算喝果汁吗？怕你承受不住
flaxseed有insoluble和soluble fibre,不过insoluble fibre比较多，占了2/3

花茶可以选择
dandelion leaves,yarrow, lapacho, mate, blueberries, fasting tea, stinging nettle (大约RM18.90-RM29.90)。其他有机店也是有的

flaxmeal一天2-3次，每次1/2 - 1茶匙半就行了
加马铃薯，或是西芹“根”试试

记得排毒后要好好补充身子哦

其实如果你想知道皮肤有没有缺水，可以用手指推一推脸颊，如果有很多一条条细纹，就表示皮肤缺水了，这种现象在干性或是油性皮肤都可能出现的。当你确定是缺水的话，除了vitalising cleanser外，也建议你喝udo's oil和努力做honey mask (就是单单蜜糖搽脸，如要光泽感另加wheatgerm oil 1滴）

九十五大洋，100毫升，大人我可以用半年。有starter kit(也就是travel set),价值RM250,不过大支比较划算咯

胃痛不是问题啦，只要掌握几个技巧
1）断食前后切忌暴食暴饮
2）果汁要小口喝，这样会比较饱，不会过于饥饿而轻易放弃

可以选择：马铃薯，西芹根，芦荟+其他水果
