Infant care 是2-18月以下的小孩，18月以上是toddler class.

Borang W不能提前拿。带宝宝去做Borang W那天才能拿。拿了，填好了，交上去。然后他们会给你一张纸。回家。
三天后才拿Borang W。然后带宝宝做护照。护照不能在做Borang W同一天做。我简直就要×&……%￥#@

你是说Borang D还是填Borang W？申请时是填Borang D，三天后Borang W才会发出。Borang W是certificate of registration of birth issued to applicant。

Borang D, 我三月去更新护照时叫我老公去大使馆处理出生证和公民权的部门帮我询问，官员除了解释给他听如何做，也给了我们一份Borang D拿回来。做护照和弄出生证虽然都是在大使馆，但不是在同一个部门。你必须先把出生证处理好了后，才可以到处理护照的部门办护照，所以宝宝要去两次。

我刚看了，填Borang D然后拿Borang W。
宝宝还要去两次哦。。。。我还以为1天里面可以搞定。
所以现在的手续是：
1）宝宝出世，在医院做报生纸
2）满月前/后，去马来西亚大使馆做Borang W
3）三天后，拿了Borang W顺便做护照
4）顺利的话，当天拿护照，当天去ICA申请PR
对吗？

之前看到人家写当天去做Borang W，当天再抱新生儿去办护照。我晚上再向我老公确认官员怎么跟他说，看是否可以在同一天进行，还是最近换了程序。

我拿的资料注明Borang W是可以在一年内的时间去做，不必满月前后。只是你要回乡或出国，孩子没有护照就无法出境，所以一些人要赶紧做的原因也是因为要赶紧把护照办好。

护照只可以在下午领，也就是2.30pm-4pm。你是否赶得及到ICA申请PR也是个问题。我上次2.30到，我的领取护照编号前有五十个人左右。领取时宝宝不必出席，他们只需要在递出申请表格时露面给官员看。照片方面，拍摄时眼睛一定要开着的，自己到照相馆拍了之后把照片携带过去。大使馆那里虽有自动照相仪器，但只是给小孩子和大人使用，婴儿不适合。

申请Borang W前，必须先把新加坡出生证弄好，拿到了之后才可以去申请Borang W。

假如问了我老公和他的同事后他们说可以，你问官员又说不行，没关系的。当天早上你去办Borang W后，就顺便到移民厅那里的特别柜台（新生儿不必拿编号排队等候申请护照）说你要给孩子办护照，看他们怎么说。

十年前我老公拿到护照马上直奔ICA 弄 Re-entry  Permit， 还看到很多在大使馆看到的同乡。。。当天就拿到 Re-entry  Permit（即Pr Status）。 现在不可以了当天拿到了。。。如果超过42天没有 批准， 你要申请 Social Visit Pass 还是 Dependent Pass 什么的。。。宝宝只可以在新加坡逗留 42 天。

Minors who are Singapore Citizens by descent/registration must take the Oath of Renunciation, Allegiance and Loyalty (ORAL) within 12 months on attaining the age of 21 years to remain as Singapore Citizens.

If the Oath is not taken, he/she will automatically lose his/her citizenship on attaining the age of 22 years.

Failure to take the Oath and the consequences
If one fails to take the ORAL within 12 months on attaining the age of 21 years, he/she will automatically lose his/her citizenship on attaining the age of 22 years and there is no assurance that he/she can continue studying, working or residing in Singapore as a foreigner on any form of student pass, work pass, social visit pass or as a permanent resident.

Eligibility
Minors who are Singapore Citizens by descent or registration must take the Oath of Renunciation, Allegiance and Loyalty (ORAL) upon attaining 21 years of age and before attaining 22 years of age. They are required to divest themselves of any foreign citizenship before they can take the ORAL.

The ORAL may be taken in Singapore at ICA Building. For minors residing overseas, they may take the ORAL at the nearest Singapore Missions or, with the permission of the Registrar, take the ORAL in the presence of any authorised notary public or person authorised to administer Oaths.

13 年前我的医生是叫我7，8 个月就回去看马来西亚医生。。。并复印我的全部资料给我带回去。 你可以问你的医生意见。建议你37周就回去待产，到时是一星期看一次，第一胎可能会提早出来。早点休息也好。。。又可以作准备买东西，看书，吸收怀孕生产知识。

我那时还跟我老公说宝宝是非法居留。。。医院没出居留证件。。。我老公说不要乱乱讲

现在宝宝一起做报生纸和IC的啊！ 只是那IC是没照片，过后要换的 （不确定是几岁）。不像我们在12岁后才有IC NO。

不好意思，我看不明白。。。
如果我是SG公民，老公是MSIA公民，但在MSIA生产的话，宝宝是MSIA 公民吗？要去ICA弄手续指的是“申请成为SG公民吗”？ 谢谢

你朋友儿子18岁了？这是他的真实个案？当兵和入籍是两码事。。。放弃Pr 和 Citizen 不代表不用服兵役（好像是五岁前放弃就可以免服兵役）。 第一代Pr 和 Citizen 要做 declaration of exemption from NS

请看以下第四条。你是Female Singapore citizen by Birth  还是 Female Singapore citizen by Registration ？
我朋友的情况和你不一样。她老公是Male Singapore citizen by Birth ， 她是Pr， 第一胎回去马来西亚生。21岁要放弃其中一个国籍。

建议你亲自去ICA 一趟。。。我看到有人大腹便便去排队问求个安心。。。

Child born outside Singapore where at least one parent is a Singapore Citizen.  An overseas-born minor (child) may be eligible for Singapore Citizenship by Descent under Article 122(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, if his/her parents meet any of the following conditions:

• Male Singapore citizen by Birth who has a lawful marriage at time of minor's birth
• Male Singapore citizen by Registration who has a lawful marriage at time of minor's birth and minor does not acquire citizenship of the country he was born by reason of his birth in that country
• Female Singapore citizen by Birth and minor born on or after 15 May 2004
• Female Singapore citizen by Registration and minor born on or after 15 May 2004. Minor shall not acquire citizenship of the country he was born by reason of his birth in that country
• Male (who has a lawful marriage at time of minor's birth) or Female Singapore citizen by Descent has to declare their residence period in Singapore. The application can only be accepted if the parent fulfils the requirements stipulated in the Annex.
  

The application has to be submitted within one year of the child's birth. Otherwise, a letter of explanation and additional documents are required for the late submission.
All applicants for citizenship must be of good character, have satisfied the residential requirement and have the intention to reside permanently in Singapore. They must also be able to support themselves and their dependents financially.
