My apology for typing in English. This developer can't be professional in their dealing.
My friend was one of the early bird who bought a unit and was given first year free in maintainance fee. It was clearly written in the booking form.
He called last week to make an appointment to collect the house key. However, this developer require my friend to pay for the first 3 months maintainance fee or else he won't be allowed to collect the house key. When he mentioned about the free maintainance fee, the lady over the phone told him that he will enjoy the free maintainance from next year onwards.
I would like to know if any purchasers face the same problem? |

Heard there are such promotions but not sure who else getting that....
From what they promised, by right your friend should not be asked to pay for the advanced fee...
I'm afraid that the management will not be granting your friend's request of "1 year free maintenance" as the promotion was done between TI and your friend, unless Tambun Indah is paying on behalf of your friend... and I also doubt the terms written in the booking form has any legal effect if TI deny the promise...
Better clarify with TI on this asap.............

我问了TI，她讲项目A和B是银行付的。叫我拿锁匙前个星期再打电话过去给他确定能不能拿锁匙，万一银行还没 ...
我的也是800那样!

记得到时领钥匙的地点是Capri Park 泳池旁的多用途小礼堂，不是Wisma Pantai。。。 不要去错哦。。。

你可以到1#看，最便宜283K，最贵333K。不同楼不同价钱，向海跟向泳池的家钱也不一样。现在不知道什么价钱了。

HELLO, 我的单位是No 12，但我拿到的 Car Parking 位是 1-45 ，1-45a . 是 靠近 7 & 8 的 单位。
请问哪位要跟我换 Car Parking ? 因为我的单位和 Car Parking 太远了。
