Version 0.75 Patch Notes                   Dear Maplers,

The upcoming patch 0.75 includes:

Knight of Cygnus
Cygnus,the young Empress of Maple World, has sensed some evil forces lurkingaround the peaceful Maple towns. Seems like the Dark Magician, whopreviously failed to destroy Maple World, has returned to wreck chaosacross the land! Hence, Empress Cygnus is now recruiting braveadventurers to become her Knights of Cygnus whose duty will be to fightoff the Dark Magician and his wicked followers. Will you be the heroicMapler to save the day?

Any brave adventurer is welcomed to jointhe Knight of Cygnus, so long as he or she fulfils one requirement:Only existing characters that are at least level 20 are able to createa new character to join the Knights of Cygnus. This new character,specifically created to join the Knight of Cygnus, will be linked toyour main character through the Cygnus special power of the spirits.The link will enable your characters to support each other whileleveling up.

Are you still determined to be a part of the heroicteam? If you are able to meet the requirement, talk to Nineheart and hewill direct you to the Knight of Cygnus job masters. Speak to Mihail tobecome a Soul Master, Oz to become a Flame Wizard, Irina who will lead to you to become a Wind Breaker, Ickart to become a Night Walker or Hawkeye to release your potential as a Striker.

Ifyou are feeling a little apprehensive about it, do not fear! For allbrave Knights of Cygnus who are sworn to protect Maple World will beblessed by the Empress Cygnus and the Divine Bird, who watches overErev and the Maple World. All the Noblesse, the new Knights of Cygnus,will receive the Blessing of the Spirit and gain an extra skill pointwhenever their linked main characters level up 10 times.

May the spirits watch over your every step…

Knights of Cygnus Launch 2x EXP Event
In celebration of the launch event, all worlds will have 2x EXP Event on the following timeslot:
Date: 10th to 26th June 2009
Monday to Thursday: 2000hrs to 2200hrs (GMT +8)
Friday: 1400hrs to 1600 (GMT +8)

Permanent Password Change Campaign System
Unlikethe temporary password change campaign that was held last year, thePassword Change System is here to stay permanently. There will be a popup message displayed once in every 3 months from the last date ofpassword changes that had been made. This is to encourage Maplers tochange their passwords on a regular basis. As this gesture is servedonly as an encouragement, Maplers will still be able to access the gameregardless of password change. However, there will be no additionalrewards such as MaplePoints.

Please be informed that there will be a Game Client Patch for MapleSEA on the 10th June 2009, from 0200hrs to 0800hrs (GMT +8). The Game Service will be down during this period. Please log out before this time to avoid any loss of items.

Be the Knight of Cygnus in MapleSEA                   Dear Knights,
        Welcome to the Erev Town! The town where knights were born to protect Queen Cygnus.
       
Guidelines on creating a Knights of Cygnus
        1.        To create a Knight of Cygnus character, the Maple account MUST have at least a Level 20 Character.
        2.        The maximum level character a Knight of Cygnus character is level 120 as of now.
        3.        Knights of Cygnus consists of 5 different classes:
        
-        Soul Master        
-        Flame Wizard        
-        Wind Breaker        
-        Night Walker        
-        Striker       
4.        Your level 20 character that has been used to create Knight of Cygnus character is interlinked with each other.
        5.        Every 10 level that your Knight of Cygnus character achieved, your level 20 character will received ONE point of Bless of Fairy. This also applies when you level your main character and your Knight of Cygnus Character will also be affected with the Bless of Fairy Skill.
        Let proceed on to understand a STEP BY STEP procedure to create a Knight of Cygnus Character.


        A STEP BY STEP Guide for Knight of Cygnus Character Creation
        1.        If this is the first time you have login to V0.75 game service, the “Nineheart”, will appear and ask if you would like to head to Erev. If you decline, you will remain in the same map as where you are.
       



        2.        When you choose ACCEPT,you will be sent to Erev immediately. The Divine Dragon will prompt youif you are ready to become a Knight of Cygnus to protect the World ofMaple? If you are ready, then accept it!
       



        3.        After accepting the Divine Dragon’s request, a character creation window will appeared. An additional character slot will be used for Knight of Cygnus for your first Knight of Cygnus creation. From here, you will OFFICALLY become a Nobless.
       



       



        4. In order for you to start playing your Knight of Cygnuscharacter, you have to log out of the game and log in again. From here,you will be able to start your adventures in Erev!
