这也很有可能，RESORT已被打造的很完美。猜不透小林要干嘛。。。。。
３楼套房的股友会比较紧张。
价钱一直被压低，小林会不会等到回购QUOTA满时就宣布RESORT私有化呢？

在低价私有化等于要用低价买你的股票。对公司是好事，因为便宜。散户低价卖了票，便不是股东了，公司的好事坏事都不管你的事了。。。这时候私有化对高价买进的散户绝对没好处。。。

可能性1：把价钱拉下到1。90，在用2。10私有化。这会成真吗？
可能性2：外资觉得没看头，近期没利润，转移其他目标。
可能性3: 云頂在套現投資收購.
any opinion?

PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF 100% EQUITY INTEREST IN GENTING RETAIL CONCEPTS LIMITED
BY RESORTS WORLD LIMITED, AN INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY
We wish to inform that Resorts World Limited ("RWL"), an indirect wholly-owned
subsidiary of the Company, has acquired 1 ordinary share of USD1/- representing
the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Genting Retail Concepts Limited
(formerly known as Ambani Limited) ("GRC") from Genting Berhad ("GB"), a
company which owns 48.24% equity interest in Resorts World Bhd ("RWB"), for
cash consideration of USD1/- ("Proposed Acquisition").
GRC was incorporated on 23 September 2008 in the Isle of Man as an investment
holding company and was acquired for cash at par by Genting Berhad on 25
September 2008 as its wholly-owned subsidiary.  GRC in turn owns the entire
issued and paid-up capital of USD1/- in VendWorld LLC ("VendWorld"). VendWorld
was incorporated by GRC on 6 October 2008 in the State of Delaware, United
States of America and the principal activity is investment purpose. Both GRC
and VendWorld have not commenced business since the date of their
incorporation.

The Proposed Acquisition is not expected to have any effect on the group's
profit for 2008 and have no impact on the net assets and earnings per share of
the Resorts World Bhd Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2008.
Other than disclosed below, none of the Directors and major shareholders of the
Company and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect
in the Proposed Acquisition:-
(a)        Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay is the Chairman and Chief Executive, a shareholder and
a share option holder of both RWB and GB.
(b)        Tun Mohammed Hanif bin Omar is the Deputy Chairman, a shareholder and a
share option holder of both RWB and GB.
(c)        Mr Quah Chek Tin, an Independent Non-Executive Director and a shareholder
of RWB, is also an Independent Non-Executive Director, a shareholder  and a
share option holder of GB.
(d)        Tan Sri Dr. Lin See Yan, an Independent Non-Executive Director and a
shareholder of RWB, is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of GB.

可能sentosa计划触礁，又欠人百多亿。。。小林在resort开刀，出法宝救sentosa公司吧。。？

个人猜测而言。。。

可是为什么不说把之前三块多的价钱压到2.1X,再以2.30私有化。。。。。

可以有很多的价钱说法啊~
