如果买到RM1左右的WCT也要跳楼，
那真的死的人多。
RANHILL的工程官司连连，
也要这个价码。
如果你曾经在2006大马第九计划前玩过CONSTRUCTION的股票，
你就知道WCT是条千里马。

WCT最近都是利空消息在短期内要翻生有点难了。。。
迟些如果宣布拿到PROJECT 可能会好转。。。。
我不相信WCT会拿不到SALES...... |

去年的好消息好像调整了。
目前应该要下滑吧？
唉……308过后还是RM3，稳住半年却奈何到了1月后的RM1。 |

什么道理……
这公司的股息一向都很吸引人，现在价格都那么低了。
要么就是因为工程受阻导致盈利和财政状况急速恶化的下挫，
要么就是股价过低而急速上升。
两者之间很快就有结果。

BANDARAYA MELAKA, 4 Ogos- Ketua Menteri Melaka, Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam, menyifatkan pembukaan Pasaraya Jusco yang terbesar di Malaysia bernilai RM500 juta, berhampiran Melaka Sentral akan memberi kelebihan komersial bagi menjadikan negeri ini pusat membeli-belah unggul, menjelang tahun 2010.
Katanya, jika dulu orang ramai lebih tertumpu ke Kuala Lumpur untuk membeli-belah, tetapi kini di Melaka sudah ada segala-galanya dan diharap Melaka boleh menjadi tumpuan kedua selain Kuala Lumpur.
Beliau menjelaskan, pengiktirafan Melaka Bandaraya Warisan Dunia oleh UNESCO mendorong Kerajaan Negeri menyediakan pelbagai bentuk pilihan kepada pelancong, termasuk kepada mereka yang hendak membeli-belah.

（馬六甲）位於阿旺將軍路的佳士客超級市場，預計明年杪操作，該區交通阻塞問題恐將惡化，為了舒緩情況，發展商將全權出資提升有關道路，將它擴建為4車道的大道。
首長拿督斯里莫哈末阿里說，提升道路的工程由有關廣場的發展商，即怡保置地公司斥資擴建。
莫哈末阿里週一（4日）下午在為這項工程主持動土禮後，在新聞發佈會上如是指出。
通仙特拉橋樑拓高加寬
此外，位於前方不遠處的阿旺將軍橋，為了能夠讓水上德士從甘榜摩登一直通往仙特拉，州政府也有意將該橋樑拓高並加寬。
莫哈末阿里說，上述發展商已原則上同意與州政府合資，進行拓高及加寬阿旺將軍橋工程。
他說，這座廣場將是馬六甲最大的廣場，可進一步促進購物觀光業，使甲州成為首都以外最大的購物天堂。
他說，州政府鼓勵如怡保置地公司的發展商到馬六甲投資，這也表示馬六甲的經濟情況蓬勃，商機處處有。
他希望有關公司能夠帶動甲州經濟，也帶動甲州的建築業。
佳士客廣場預計明年杪運作
耗資5億令吉的5層樓佳士客廣場，預計2009年杪運作，將是有關公司在馬來西亞最大的銷售廣場，銷售面積達7萬方呎，總面積達170萬方呎，廣場停車位有2800個。
工程分兩期進行，第一期是興建一座5層樓百貨廣場，第二期則建商業中心，工程的發展商是怡保置地公司。
怡保工程公司執行董事及首席執行長拿督陳文成致詞時說，廣場位於甲市區中心，是策略性的地點，不但能夠為甲市民提供服務，服務客群也包括了森州南部的居民。
怡保置地公司執行董事兼首席執行長拿督孫興存以及佳士客發展部總經理橫山富美男，也出席週一（4日）的動土禮。

| | Contents | : | (1) INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of WCT Berhad (“WCT” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, WCT Construction Sdn. Bhd., has been awarded a contract (“Contract”) by Aeon Co. (M) Bhd. (“Aeon”) vide Aeon’s letters dated 15th May 2008 and 19th June 2008 which was received on 23rd June 2008.
(2) DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract is for the Proposed Design and Build, Testing and Commissioning of a Shopping Complex complete with Infrastructure Works (“the Works”) on part of the land held under Lot PT1 and PT 69, Kawasan Bandar, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka.
The proposed Shopping Complex comprises a shopping centre with gross floor area of approximately 1,358,000 square feet and car parks serving the Shopping Complex.
The contract sum is RM287,838,000.00 (Ringgit Two Hundred and Eighty Seven Million Eight Hundred and Thirty Eight Thousand only) and the Works are expected to be completed by 30 November 2009.
(3) FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial years 2008 and 2009.
(4) DIRECTORS' OR MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract.
(5) APPROVAL REQUIRED
The award of the Contract is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company or any other authorities.
