sam,最近有什么搞作，sales office 已经实牙实齿二月尾，三月头交keys 了，但是又很多的地方真的不满意。。。。 |

嗨Sam,昨天你们聚会有什么结论吗？原本是要参与的。可是临时下大雨，不方便出门。看到facebook 的 update, 说什么要给renovation deposit,moving payment, hands over key payment，maintenance deposit in advance。。这是真的吗？搬屋子，装修，都已经一大笔钱了，还要给这么多。。really don't have so much budget!! |
