Oh ya, this guy is the one who said Penang shouldn't has LRT or Monorail because Penangites prefer to ride their own motorbikes~ XD
And he also said Penang should just remain as a small town or kampung feel and shouldn't have too many developments, Penangites can just leave Penang and go to KL or Johore to seek for better jobs.
He is not the other guy, Zainal Abidin Osman who said since Penang state can get the development fund themselves(like PTMP through reclamation), then Federal have no choice but to reallocate all the funds or Penang taxes to help other states, although the Feds had planned to allocate those funds to Penang at first.
