4/20 收到Valuation Company打电话来说要上门拍照以便他们做valuation report。
预估要RM1060 这个要我们全付的吗？？？？
给了他们owner电话让他们去联系，现在问题来了，Valuation fee市价到底多少钱？？？
有那么贵的吗？

Valuation Fee: RM627.50
Disbursement: RM245
GST: RM52.50
Milleage/Title Search/Assessment: RM135

总共RM1060!!!!

收到信说要开始还利息了。可是信里面没写要还多少也没有写我的loan户口号码，怎么还？
信里只是写：
We wish to inform that we have today disbursed RMxxxxxx.xx on your behalf. You shall be notified of the interest chargeable on the said amount via our Billing Advices. We wish to advise that all interest due must be settled within the grace period of 14 days failing which late payment charges at the default rate will be levied on the amount in default retrospective from the due date to the date of payment.

那到底是怎样呢？

valuation report 的价格是看买的屋子的价格，屋子越贵，价格就越高。不同屋子价格不一样。可以用这个试算：http://www.jlj.com.my/index.php/valuation-fees-calculator


一般上有 discount。

收到信说要开始还利息了。可是信里面没写要还多少也没有写我的loan户口号码

如果是 flex loan，应该是先开一个 current acc，然后银行方面会把 loan acc 和该 current acc 连在一起，每月从里面扣钱。

我拿到钥匙了，可是律师那边的文件还没拿到。
去检查了屋子，有几处破损，需要反应给发展商。
