佳利安PVC业务进账稳定
●年报摘要：
佳利安（KARYON,0054,主板工业产品组）是一家投资控股公司，2家子公司分别是：Hsing Lung私人有限公司和Allbright工业私人有限公司，位于柔佛避兰东。
Hsing Lung是大马其中一家规模庞大的聚氯乙烯生产商，年产量达3万公吨，PVC是一种塑胶材料、用途广泛。
Allbright则是一家生产与销售硬脂金属的公司，包括硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸镁以及PVC稳定剂。硬脂金属主要是润滑剂的添加剂，分散塑胶加工程序，这些是Hsing Lung生产PVC复合物的原料。
集团从2004年上市至今连续13年皆有赚利，在已结束的财政年，营业额达1亿3813万令吉，税后盈利860万令吉，主要是聚合产品（PVC）价格提高、顾客增加订单，以及安装新的PVC生产线，已于2016年6月投入生产，迎合顾客需求增加。
另外，脱售资产和土地及土地上的工厂，获取385万令吉收益，并且释放公司资产价值。与此同时，2016年11月的一场火患，影响Hsing Lung的生产线，被迫暂停生产一个星期，该公司获保险公司100万令吉的临时赔偿金。
本地市场占集团营业额的72.90%，出口至亚洲和非洲市场占27.05%，其余0.05%来自其他市场，该公司多元化至多个出口市场，有助缓冲集团免受宏观经济波动影响。
目前，公司面对两大风险：市场竞争和材料供应。市场竞争激烈，顾客可能会流失，影响顾客成长率与公司赚幅；材料供应不顺则会影响生产效率，进而影响营业额与市占率。

佳利安卖地料赚266万
2017年10月8日
（吉隆坡7日讯）佳利安（KARYON，0054，主板工业产品股）以471万7247令吉，脱售柔佛马西一片工业地皮给Yusof榨油厂私人有限公司。
佳利安昨天向交易所报备，独资子公司Hsing Lung私人有限公司与Yusof榨油厂签署买卖协议，把占地6541平方米的永久地契工业地皮脱售给后者。
2006年，Hsing Lung以总值约177万9000令吉的成本，买下上述地皮。
扣除脱售地皮的费用，预计公司从中所获得265万6000令吉盈利，并将用作营运资本。
根据文告，目前上述地皮依然空置，脱售地皮让该公司有机会释放资产价值，因为该地皮并未为核心业务带来贡献。
若无意外，脱售活动将在明年首季完成。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡28日讯）佳利安（Karyon Industries Bhd）斥资670万令吉收购位于柔佛州避兰东（Plentong）的3842平方米地段包括建筑物，以在未来增加生产线和储存量。
该集团今日向大马交易所报备，独资子公司Hsing Lung私人有限公司已与Easa Trading私人有限公司签署一项买卖协议。
佳利安表示，该永久物业包括一座单层厂房连同双层办公室，净可出租面积约为2858.4平方米。
该集团指出，将通过内部资金约220万令吉，以及银行贷款450万令吉支付收购金额。
因此，负债率将从截至3月杪的0.14倍，增至0.19倍。
“上述物业地理位置优越，将为佳利安的业务营运提供便利，且未来可能升值。”
“有鉴于此，董事部认为，该物业将对集团业务营运和未来收益作出贡献。”
该集团预计，这项收购计划将于明年第二季完成。
