（2）星河（XINGHE，0095，創業板消費品組）的前景及業績如何？
答：
（2）星河最新業績顯示，截至2015年9月30日為止第三季，該公司取得淨利1千805萬4千令吉（每股淨利為0.77仙），前期淨利為1千422萬8千令吉（每股淨利為0.61仙）。第三季營業額為2億4千455萬2千令吉，前期為2億1千305萬令吉。
該公司首9個月淨利為6千982萬3千令吉（每股淨利為2.97仙），前期淨利為2千616萬4千令吉（每股淨利為1.75仙）。首9個月的營業額為8億7千251萬1千令吉，前期為7億2千611萬令吉。該公司每股資產值為23仙。
星河管理層於今年11月杪宣佈業績，談到公司業務前景時指出，短期里，中國經濟成長料放緩，該公司將持續加強其行銷活動及市場占有率及提昇品牌認同活動，以在現有市場進行促銷及提昇品牌活動。
從正面來看，今年至今公司的銷售量、平均銷售價及毛賺幅皆比前期有增無減，而且，該公司營運全部落在中國市場，有鑒於此，中國人民幣與馬幣匯率走勢一致，將有利中國業務。

星河拟私下配售筹达1832万

（吉隆坡16日讯）星河控股（Xinghe Holdings Bhd）建议向待定的第三方投资者配售新股，筹集高达1832万令吉，主要充作营运资本或在大马的未来投资或业务项目的资金。
星河今日向大马交易所报备，私下配售计划将涉及高达3亿5228万新股，或发行股本的10%，配售价待定。
“配售股的价格不会较5天成交量加权均价（VWAP）低超过10%。”
“为了便于说明，截至最后实际可行日的5天VWAP为5.73仙，因此，配售股的参阅价将为5.2仙，折价约0.53仙或9.25%。”
星河表示，董事部预计这项活动将在马交所批准后的6个月内完成。
