Who is supposed to do the convertion? Owner or developer?
Do you believe in the project will works?
I'm still considering to invest but seems everything So slow,  the Villa haven't launched yet, others building not yet approved yet, only the tower 1 got ap only.

Based on my cousin who stay in Kuchai S.apartment, is the owner to convert..

Ya, im the early bird buyer and been waiting since last november to sign SNP... No doubt the project is slow..

I have confidence on that but talk about entire master plan...it needs around 10years time to complete for my opinion...

by the way, im early bird buyer and the price i got is advantage in investment... But recently the price is but high for me.. if invest, you might able to get better deal out there...

I still manage to buy unit from other early bird buyer which they can transfer everything to me including the -5-5-3
.with 10k profit. What do you think about that?

if there's case, is worth for me.. Is depends you willing to pay the extra $$ for that buyer...

If i like the project and missed the chance, i will get...

This project near to public transport, near to KL...

But is leasehold and need longer time to complete the entire masterplan...

If u like the location, perhaps you may consider S.apartment at Boulevard by Magna Prima, is freehold and nearer to KL.. But i dont trust the quality by Magna and the price should be higher bit...

But, in future there will have more developments along the jalan kuching...

* frankly speaking, last time thinking to give up this but in the end still stick with the decision because i can foresee the future developments at Jalan Kuching...

Bear in mind, no perfect house in the world... you need to wight pros and cons...

whats your opinion if i try to rent it out once it completed(for investment purpose, either rent it or sell it)? can foresee the market?

For renting, it will face tough competition due to same design on all the units since is FF...
So if this case, cheapest SNP price you buy, you can target lower rental rate to rent... And for renting, is depends how you market out your units....

Like what i mentioned, if entire master plan is successful, it can attratc lot experts or working adult to rent or buy... Due to link bridge to KTM station... ( still not bad we have KTM nearby, best is LRT).

This project need holding power to sustain since they not market out the commercial part yet....

昨天,去看了Dex Suite,设计真的不错,但是价格在这个地点高楼一点
比较有兴趣的是1400方尺的但是高达RM900K

但是1400的暂时没有买。。。
到底这个project行不行?我是想自己住的

在签SNP时要睁大眼睛,查看他们所提供的fully-furnished有那些东西,确保他们给的一切furnished是跟showroom看到的一样。

在这地点,卖这价格,确实是贵了。里面的装潢设计是不错的,但最令人关注的是最终的furnished,发展商是否能做到与陈列室一样的质量及装潢设计。。。what you see is what you get。。。
