該公司營業額亦漲44.3%，從9316萬令吉攀升至1億3446萬令吉。

（吉隆坡17日訊）森工程（SAM，9822，主要板科技）首3季淨利按年增1.37倍至4569萬令吉，總派息額亦從上財年同期17.25仙增至32.2仙。

截至去年底，該公司本財年首3季營業額則按年增44%至4億5808萬令吉，每股盈利揚至53.37仙。

森工程本財年則在儀器及製造業務收入增長后，第3季淨利按年增27%至1464萬5000令吉，營業額按年增36.5%至1億5503萬令吉，每股盈利16.97仙，單季沒有宣布派息。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，航空業收入仍佔總營業額53%，預計仍將保持穩定。儘管短期內半導體業具不安因素，全球對電腦及網絡相關的長期需求仍持續增長。【中国报财经】

建新厂迎合新订单 SAM工程2年投资1亿

（吉隆坡8日讯）SAM工程（SAM，9822，主板工业产品股）将在未来2年拨出1亿令吉，以兴建新厂房和为现有厂房提供设备。

《星报》引述SAM工程集团总执行长拿督吴伟景谈话报道，公司现有厂房已达100%使用率，因此需要扩展，以迎合新订单。

“在1亿令吉当中，7000万令吉会用来兴建一座占地4英亩的槟城厂房，来为新A320 neo型空中巴士，生产机舱横梁（nacellebeams）。”

至于剩余的3000万令吉，将用来提供设备给当地现有厂房，来生产小型飞机零件。

招聘100专才

吴伟景续称，这2座厂房预期在明年底开始投产，因此，公司有意招聘100名工程师和技术人员。

目前，SAM工程在槟岛有7座厂房，当中3座拥有飞机与航空零件设备。

公司手持35亿令吉订单，规模比前年的20亿令吉高，可忙碌至2020年。

展望截至本月杪的财年，吴伟景估计，飞航业务将带来70%营业额，其余30%则属于数据存储和半导体设备制造业务。

“现财年首9个月的业绩，已经超越上财年的全年表现，因此，我们看好公司今年可交出亮眼成绩。”

他补充道，随着数据存储和半导体领域前景暗淡，预计飞航业务未来的营业额贡献，将提高至80%。【南洋网财经】

SAM工程末季净利扬13%

（吉隆坡20日讯）受益于产品需求增长，SAM工程（SAM，9822，主板工业产品股）截至3月杪末季净利按年激涨13.12%，至1740万4000令吉或每股净利20.16仙，优于上财年同季的1538万6000令吉或18.25仙。

当季营业额按年大幅涨22.25%，从1亿3249万3000令吉增加至1亿6197万6000令吉。

SAM工程在业绩报告中指，营业额增长有赖于市场对储存设备测试仪的需求增高。

合计全年，盈利按年扬82.17%，至6309万4000令吉，或每股净利73.55仙。

同期营业额达6亿2005万4000令吉，按年扬37.33%。

基于科技网络需求还在持续增加，因此集团对半导体制造如储存设备测试仪，抱持乐观态度。【南洋网财经】

转换SAM工程大批ICULS
淡马锡持股率增至70.14%

（吉隆坡1日讯）SAM工程（SAM，9822，主板工业产品股）大股东淡马锡控股，转换了公司大批不可赎回可转换无担保债券（ICULS），将持股率提高至70.14%。

SAM工程在文告中指出，淡马锡控股间接独资子公司新加坡精密工程公司，在4月11日通过场外交易，把公司的910万股，脱售给一批买家。

这宗交易完成后，淡马锡控股的持股率，降低至4874万1241股或56.46%。

接着，淡马锡控股另一家间接独资子公司新加坡航空制造公司，在上周三（25日）以每张2.10令吉的转换价，把SAM工程的8302万5000张ICULS，转换成3953万5714股新股。

如今，淡马锡控股共持有8827万6955股或70.14%股权，而SAM工程的股票规模也从原本的8632万股，提高至1亿2586万股。

SAM工程表示，公司目前仍符合马交所的公众持股率门槛。目前，淡马锡控股手上还有1822万张ICULS，还未转换成新股。

股息料提高至40仙

虽然SAM工程的股票规模扩大，可能拖累今年的每股股息减少，但公司盈利表现改善，有望抵消这方面冲击。

SAM工程在截至去年3月杪的财年，全年每股派息32.2仙，派息规模达2778万令吉，派息率为80%。

若公司在现财年维持同样的派息政策，预料会把5048万令吉作为股息，把每股股息提高至40仙。【e南洋】

3业务营业额下挫
SAM工程首季净利跌26%

（吉隆坡18日讯）旗下业务营业额滑落，拖累SAM工程（SAM，9822，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日首季，净利跌25.7%，写984万2000令吉。

同期营业额挫5.4%，报1亿2718万2000令吉。

根据文告，公司旗下的三个业务，营业额均走跌。其中，航天业务的营业额减少，因为空运货物的需求疲弱。

设备制造业务的营业额则跌1550万令吉，因客户需求走弱。当季精密工程的营业额也减少100万令吉。

营业额萎缩，也导致税前盈利从上季的1790万令吉，减少至1080万令吉。

SAM工程预计，占总收入57%的航天领域营业额将持稳。不过，在未来数季，设备制造和精密工程业务的表现，则会持续充满挑战。

惟长期来看，董事部预计，这两个业务的未来需求将完好，因领域会持续增长。【e南洋】

航空业务跌．宇航工程第三季少赚34%

（吉隆坡7日讯）受设备制造和航空业务营业额下滑及新项目启动成本拖累，宇航工程（SAM，9822，主板工业产品组）截至2016年12月31日止第三季净利下挫33.74%至970万4000令吉，前期为1464万5000令吉。

首9个月净利也滑44.87%至2518万8000令吉，比较前期为4569万令吉。

宇航工程第三季营业额也因为客户需求疲弱而下跌14.54%，至1亿3249万令吉，首9个月也挫16.78%，至3亿8121万4000令吉。

宇航工程董事部在初步报告指出，预计贡献56%营业额于公司的航空业务表现将持续稳定。

该公司指出，尽管设备制造业务营业额录得增长，惟半导体及工业设备领域持续放缓，加上资本开支料会减少，因此，预计制造业务及精密工程业务依然充满挑战。

“不过，长期而言，该两个领域依然持续成长，料受高端电器及电脑在全球需求增加的推动下，长期需求依然稳健。”
