我也最喜欢caring,我觉得我去过的他们的七八间分行所有的药剂师和员工,无论男女都很友善啊。我来 KL 这几年,每个月都会在那里消费五六百,从保健食品,护肤品,到药品。
你可以向他们要总部的电话打去投诉的啊,我觉得他们会很严肃地处理的。 |

4)“以勒海鲜饭店”-有几种招牌菜很不错。现在有promotion生虾面。
点心:潘记点心(粥好吃),大家城 鸡窝包的那间。。
素食:ahimsha麦之素(endah parade一楼),仁和有机饭店(擂茶不错)
餐厅:卡路里(价钱公道,分量大,健康),青苹果(红豆冰很棒),金啤梨(多选择,食物马马)。
小吃
阿里山茶室对面的瓦煲鸡饭,lucky茶室的海鲜粥,喂食街的瓦煲老鼠粉,路边牛仔rojak & cendol, 夜市(臭豆腐,路边麻辣板面,炒果条),康乐郑记鸡饭分行,public bank门口的面包档和水果rojak。。。
中东餐厅,韩国餐厅够特别。。。
暂时就将多。。。 |

不会啊,我也喜欢吃火锅。新店那边,那间海洋火锅不错,但是贵吃。好好属于大件夹抵 ...

文师傅真的很不错,我喜欢他的鱼漂鱼滑米和鱼漂米。
生鱼头就不建议了,不好吃的。
文师傅的价钱很公道,就算加粉,加奶,加酒,加咸菜,什么都加都是 7.50  |

等了一个星期终于回复了,但是根据他说的情况和真实我自己看到的情况还有一些出入。
Dear Mr Ric Gan, First of all, we would like to thank you for bringing up the issue to us. Here, we would like to apologize on your bad experience with our outlet staff. We have investigated the case by interviewing that particular staff, the cashier, as well as looking into our CCTV. From the CCTV, we could see that my staff was doing some paper work at cashier whilst your mother was making payment, with you standing next to her and your two sisters behind. Meanwhile, my staff looked back to her right talking to one of your sisters, and your sister responded her by pointing at your mother. After that, my staff concentrated to her paper work again. However, your mother kept looking at my staff and pushed her shoulder. A short while later I walked from my pharmacy counter towards your mother. By referring to the CCTV, I have requested my staffs to give full explanation. According to them, my staff was doing some calculation when your mother were making payment. She turned back to ask your sister " mahu bayar ke ? " because she was worried that she might had have blocked the cashier and causing inconvenience to customers. After your sister pointing at your mother, she noticed that you all are the same family and about to leave because the payment is almost done. She then changed her mind and continue to stand at the cashier counter at the same time chatting with the cashier. The following was the conversation between my staffs. staff : oh, ingat nak bayar. (she told my cashier that she thought your sisters wanted to make payment)cashier : duduk kat belakang. (my cashier suggested her to step backward and consider to do her paperwork atthe back because she was bloking at the cashier)staff : kawan baru nak berambus. ( kawan means the staff herself, she means she also could feel that she isblocking the cashier and just wanted to leave)Your mother was still standing next to my staff and she said this to my staff: Apa awak cakap ha? Tahu tak ini semua anak saya? Awak ingat saya tak faham apa yang awakcakap?staff : Apa yang aku cakapnya kat dia ? The above are all the information that we could get, and we are truely sorry for all the misunderstanding that we have created. My staff is actually a Kelantanist and her mother language is slightly more rude and different compared to bahasa Malay in Kuala Lumpur. She might have said something that was improper to you and your family but that was not by intention. Nevertheless, we here sincerely apologize to you and your family members because providing good customer service is always our mission. On top of this, 5 pieces of RM10 voucher ( Note : with terms and conditions) will be given to you as compensation for all the impoliteness that we have made. Also, all of our staffs in this branch as a team are willing to apologize to you and your family members during your next visit. With this, we have also given a strict reminder to all our staffs on the importance on good customer service. Sorry again for this and hope that you and your family members will continue to patronise our outlets. For voucher collection, please visit this branch anyday anytime before 4th April 2011 from 10am to 10pm, and look for the pharmacist on duty.
