可以帮我算算??
120K 的APARTMENT,二手的,不过那是一栋新公寓,听说那些屋主才搬进去俩三个月而已。地点是在AMPANG的。律师费手续费大概要几多钱呢? |

可以帮我看看我的S&P quotation 吗?我有点confuse.....在legal fee 那边的Entry Private Caveat 和下面DISBURSEMENT 里的Registration fee on Entry of Private Caveat
&Registration fee on Withdrawal of Private Caveat.....这三样东西又分别吗?
我买的二手apartment 是在kepong kl.....不过是bumi lot 。。。手续较长和麻烦,会不会因为这样,律师费用会比一般贵呢?

loan agreement是snp agreement是个单位的。
其实如果你会做一份snp就可以省了!不过屋主不知道会不会同意签下! |

legal fee差不到千六到两千那样!legal fee RM700,CKHT RM200 more/less or not,其他费用RM800 more/less。
