our SnP already signed, but i havent collect it from the lawyer office. How many bank u apply loan from? what is the interest rate they offer u? RHB offer me BLR -1.9 |

SNP不是去到律师楼才签的吗？你签那个是不是在showhouse那里签的几张纸？
我申请了hla,他们没有接这个project所以我申请maybank咯。maybank现在是-1.6,不过四年/五年都保持4%利息。
我已经问了，现在的blr最高也应该是-1.9而已。

We signed a few pages of paper during the booking, we havent sign at the lawyer office, in fact we are going to the lawyer office tomorrow.
yes, our loan approved. you might can try HSBC, they can offer you BLR -2.0 |

hope Allen's loan will be done soon....we already went to the lawyer office on last sat, and we got a copy of the S&P agreement. The house increase again? how much is it now and how many units left? |

最近比较忙。。。然后loan又还没有approve...哎，想到就烦。
也觉得奇怪那么久的。
恩。。那天去来了。
还剩下18间而已。。。价钱起了。。。之前买是339900。。。现在买的话价钱是359900。
希望loan快点好咯。。。
等到颈都长了！ |
