我的屋子是320k
S&P那边的legal fees 和stamp duty，after discount我还8400

现在是loan legal fees，loan amount是224，503
quotation给我是要还5600after discount。我也不知道这价钱合理不。。

Stamp Duty onAsset Purchase Agreement - RM40

Stamp Duty onAsset Sale Agreement- RM40

你的loan应该是islamic loan来的，现在的islamic loan是不需要给以上两个stamp duty。

Telephone/Fax/Photostating/Printing/CourierCharges - RM50

Miscellaneous- RM50

这两个应该算在一起，最多只能charge RM50.00。

各位，其实我们不能只看loan amount就断定律师费是多少。
我们还有看屋主有没有欠银行钱，需不需要申请土地局批准，还有向那一间银行贷款等等。
所以不要以为和其他人贷款的数目一样律师费就一定是一样。

    对不起，我暂时还没有听说过prepare statutory declaration是要给律师费的，因为我公司是免费的。

并不是说第一次买屋子就有的扣，而是需要屋价在RM250,000.00以内。
而且这个优惠每个人一生中只能享有一次机会，曾经扣过的话就不能再扣了。
