琳芝太厉害因为他的效果跟一包RM1.50 的鲍鱼菇一样可以增加免疫力。没骗你的,THE STAR 在厨艺介绍中有讲到。
十几年前,报纸有报道过,用FANTA气水拜神可以帮你中万字。

的确有很多喝不来的东西,还要人家喝。还是问医生的好。

There is no current vaccine for the H1N1 Swine Flu virus.  But back in 2006, researcher Howard Friel found out you may not need to get a flu shot to prevent the Swine Flu Epidemic.

In his report on PubMed called "A nutritional supplement formula for influenza A (H5N1) infection in humans," researcher Howard Friel suggested that an anti-oxidant rich supplement could help prevent users from contracting the swine flu.  He suggests that resveratrol be part of this anti-oxidant supplement.



He comments:

·     The supplement would aid humans infected with H5N1 influenza to survive with a reduced likelihood of major complications

·     The supplement would provide a relatively low-cost strategy for individuals to prepare more prudently for a swine flu epidemic

·     The supplement would be effective in conjunction with the H1N1 swine flu vaccine and anti-viral treatments, and should be tested as such.

  

Additional research tested the influenza virus in a lab with mice.  Researchers found that resveratrol administered as late as 3 hours after being infected, stopped virus cell reproduction by 90% and reduced the level of virus found in the lungs of the mice.  After 6 days, the virus was 98% lower in treated mice than in mice not treated with resveratrol.



Resveratrol is in the Purple Grapes that formulate ViaViente.



Researchers at the University of Missouri-Columbia examined the effects of resveratrol on the pH levels of food borne illnesses like eColi.  Red wines, which contain purple grapes with resveratrol, were show to exhibit remarkable anti-microbial properties and did well inhibiting pathogens.

Azlin Mustapha, associate professor of food science at the University of Missouri-Columbia, said "We hypothesize that these phytochemicals, reseveratrol being the main one, also play a role not just as anti-oxidants but also may have some inhibitions against food-borne pathogens

Mayo Clinic Backs Science Behind ViaViente



Best Source of Antioxidants is in foods, not supplements.



Dear Mayo Clinic:  I keep hearing that antioxidants can help prevent disease and improve overall health.  Is this true?  Should I be taking antioxidant supplements each day along with my multivitamin?



Answer:  It is true that antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, carotene, lycopene, lutein and many other substances may play a role in helping to prevent diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s disease and macular degeneration.  However, research indicates that simply taking antioxidant supplements is not the best way to go about getting what your body needs.  In fact, it’s possible that some of these supplements could be harmful.

   Fortunately, research is also increasingly showing that you can reap the potential health benefits of anti-oxidant intake by eating a diet rich in antioxidant-containing foods.

   Antioxidants are thought to be helpful because they can neutralize free radicals, which are toxic byproducts of natural cell metabolism.  Free radicals can also be introduced into the body by exposure to certain substances, such as cigarette smoke, sunlight or pesticides.

   Although free radicals perform some useful immune functions, in excess or in the wrong place, they can damage healthy cells.

   Our bodies naturally produce antioxidants and are quite effective at neutralizing free radicals.

   When it comes to antioxidant intake, no one food or food group should be your sole focus.  It’s best to include a wide variety of foods as part of a healthy, well-balanced diet.  Some of the better sources of antioxidants include:

   Berries:  Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and cranberries are among the top sources of antioxidants.

   Beans:  Small red beans and kidney, pinto and black beans are all rich in antioxidants.

   Fruits:  Many apple varieties (with peel) are high in antioxidants, as are avocados, cherries, green and red pears, fresh or dried plums, pineapple, kiwi and others.

   Vegetables:  Those with the highest antioxidants include artichokes, spinach, red cabbage, red and white potatoes (with peel), sweet potatoes and broccoli.  Although the effect of cooking on antioxidant levels varies by cooking method and vegetable, one study showed that cooking increased levels among select vegetables.

   Beverages:  Green tea may come to mind as a good source of antioxidants, but other beverages have high levels, too, including coffee, red wine and many fruit juices such as pomegranate.

   Nuts:  Walnuts, pistachios, pecans, hazelnuts and almonds are some of the top nuts for antioxidant content.

   Herbs:  These may be unexpected suppliers of antioxidants, but ground cloves, cinnamon and ginger; dried oregano leaf and turmeric powder are all good sources.

   Grains:  In general, oat-based products are higher in antioxidants than are those derived from other grain sources.

   And for dessert:  Don’t forget that a piece of dark chocolate ranks as high or higher than most fruits and vegetables in terms of antioxidant content.

   As a bonus, foods high in antioxidants typically offer many other health benefits.  These foods are often plant based and offer health benefits in addition to their antioxidant content, such as being high in fiber, protein and other vitamins and minerals and low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
